This restaurant used to be a staple of ours. In fact, I still say it has one of the best Chicken Parm of any restaurant. In the last few years though, it has consistently been incrementally dropping in satisfaction and has hit the tipping point of causing an update.

It started years ago when they changed from offering a wonderful basket of Greek bread and dipping oil to two rolls and some butter. Then they started playing around with the plating. Sandwiches on bare metal trays, Chicken Parm and Pene on a wooden plate once, ect.

The other day, what should have been a simple Turkey Club came out as a Turkey Sandwich. Turkey Club... white bread, toasted, layered, cut in quarters. Every place in the world knows how to make it. It's beauty is in its simplicity. It doesn't need to be "fancy". My wife got a Steak and Cheese Sandwich. Another dish every corner Pizza Shop can do relatively well. This was way overly cheesed (didn't know that was possible) with cuts of steak instead of shaved. And small cuts like they went out of their way to dice the steak while it was frozen to then thaw and use.

It seems like every time we go in now and every new dish we try we always end up saying, "It would have been great, except....". It's like they got a new chef who wants to try a new fancy thing or fad but forgets the basics of what made the food great to begin with.

I hope them success because as the Manor (now their function side), it was always special when I ate there. Now their "Excepts..." are killing them like a thousand cuts. Get back to your roots, get the basics right, and please, put a French Dip Sandwich on your menu.“

“Although I do recommend their food, i have a complaint that needs to be addressed by management sooner rather than later: Lost Prescription Glasses at Antonio’s – Seeking Help On Saturday, February 8, I dined at Antonio’s in Worcester and accidentally left my prescription glasses on the table. The next day, I called the restaurant, and a staff member confirmed they had found them and would set them aside for me. However, when I went to pick them up on Monday, my glasses were nowhere to be found. I asked the staff to check the security cameras, but I was told they didn’t have time, and later, another employee said the cameras wouldn’t show the seating area. I find it concerning that my glasses were supposedly found on Sunday but had disappeared by Monday. I’ve now been without my new prescription glasses for three days, and replacing them will be a costly expense since my insurance won’t cover another pair this year. I’m simply asking Antonio’s to review the camera footage to determine what happened. If they find my glasses, great—it will save me a lot of money. If not, at least I’ll know they made an effort. I’ve been a loyal customer, but I’m very disappointed by their lack of interest in helping me. I hope they reconsider and take action.“

“The worker and cook were both nice and friendly. It was my first time there and i will be back. I ordered a cheeseburger grinder and it was tasty, probably one of the best cheeseburgers around lately. I had taken pics but they didnt do the grinder justice, so youll just have to take my word for it, lol.“

“We live up the street and just order here for the first time and the food was absolutely delicious. Anyone who works in food service can tell the signs of a clean kitchen and this place has it. We ordered two subs (grilled chicken and a chicken salad) both were made fresh and exactly to order. We also ordered a fried appetizer (broccoli cheese). The grilled chicken was cooked on a clean surface, there was no burnt up chunks of other people's food in the sub. The friend app was cooked in clean oil which was obvious by the color. That last pizza place we ordered from in the area could not say the same. Eat here, the price is great and the food is good.“

“Very nice people running it. got veggies pizza and meat lovers pizza. Both were loaded and tasted awesome. Unlike most places that give you a couple pieces of pepperoni or veggies so small you cant see them. Was loaded with veggies and meats, so good. Got the baklava too and it was superb. very pleasantly surprised. Made me wish I lived in the hood. Will stop here whenever I can. Try it, it's great!“

I got the bacon cheddar pizza and it was fantastic the entire way through, but the two standout parts for me were the bread and bacon! The bacon didn't come in chunks, it came in entire slices, and was so delightfully crispy! And the bread, I loved the crust. It fought you a little bit in the best way a pizza crust should- not at all undercooked, just nice, dense, firm and tasty! Also, my friend got a sausage pizza and instead of the usual sausage chunks you'd get are absent- they use actual chopped slices of sausage! And the delivery guy was so nice, he seemed to be in a great mood and was so friendly! Will definitely be buying from here again really soon!“

“Wegman’s is one of those grocery stores that raises the standards on luxury super markets. If you think Whole Foods Markets are the best you’ve probably never been to a Wegman’s. Their selection is even better and more exotic with offerings such as giant oversized soft pretzels stuffed with real crab meat and lobster meat sans the shells. Whole Foods Markets only wishes they had the freedom to offer such items. Aside from those special custom made foods they also offer all of the best organic produce and various other nationwide organic items plus they’re not too elite to offer things like Campbell’s soups and whatnot unlike WFM. You really get the best of both worlds from the luxury grocery stores world plus they’re plebeian regular grocery store shopping all available in one store.“

“Stopped here with my son and his friend on the way to camp. I ordered a steak and cheese and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much…Just something to fill up on for lunch. \n\nI can’t tell you how absolutely blown away I was. As a steak and cheese aficionado of many years, and having eaten them all over the US, including Philadelphia….I can actually say it is the best one I’ve ever eaten. Can’t wait to get back there.“

“We tried Orbit when we first moved to Holden. It's a little hole-in-the-wall place so we weren't sure how the pizza would be (we measure a place by the pizza). It was late one night and we were starving. Hands down the best pizza I've ever had. There is something about the flavor of the cheese and the consistency of the crust. It's absolutely delicious. Our family's favorite spot. We've tried more than the pizza and there is just something about the food that makes everything taste that much more delicious!

“We tried Nani’s Pizza for dinner tonight and were pleasantly surprised, the red sauce was delicious! We ordered a large sausage and pepperoni pizza that had lots of flavor and was reasonably priced. We also tried a large steak bomb sub holding the peppers due to a food allergy adoing extra mushrooms. There were no surprise peppers and no need to try to find the mushrooms! We are happy customers and Nani’s will be our new go to for a pizza or a sub in Clinton, MA! The items we tried were excellent as was the value. Our first and surely not our last visit! Crispy bottom and crust, delicious sauce, great amount of pepperoni and the extra cheese was just right ( browned a little) The little guy ( 5yrs old) was so happy that the crust was “ crunchy/crispy” and not rubbery or hard, that he ate all the crust from his 3 slices of pizza. Definitely a go to when I am in the area. It’s a must try for everything.“

“What a local gem! Everything tasted fresh and delicious! The cheesy bread delivered savory flavorful cheese. It was ridiculously good. The garlic knots tasted homemade, light and fluffy. The sauce for the eggplant parm and meat lasagna was clearly homemade and also very flavorful. Huge portions too! The parm and lasagna each came with a side salad and 2 large garlic knots. “This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I had fries and a pepperoni pizza. The fries were very nicely done, crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. The pizza was also nicely done. Nice crust, although I would have preferred a little more crispness on the bottom, nice flavor to the sauce, and good pepperoni. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 8.4.“

“I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to a place we all know and love… Dean Park Pizza!! 🍕 I had ordered pizza from another shop in town for my son’s birthday party at school today because they had the option for delivery. When they driver hadn’t shown up 45 mins after the expected delivery time and the owner of the first pizza shop telling me “it’s not his problem” and hanging up the phone on me.. I called Dean Park in a panic because at this point I had a class of 20 hangry preschoolers that needed to eat and get to sleep. They not only made my 5 pizzas in 15 mins but gave my son a free bag of chips for his birthday!! The pizza was delicious as always but nothing compares to their customer service!! Vegetarian options: Vegetarian friendly. Vegan cheese is available although it's not really advertised, but I love to get a quick vegan pizza there. I believe they have added the vegan pizza options to online ordering now though which is great.

After 3 orders that were prepaid , again, prepaid, given a time, all 3 orders were not ready when we arrived. Two weren't even started. I feel that when you prepay, a business should recognize that you are a good customer, and, at least have the order ready.“
