“Called in to pick up 2 lg Italian subs. Was handed the bag which appeared short. I confirmed there were 2 lg Italians, she confirmed. Was $27.10! Got home to two subs that appeared to be made in subrolls bought at Market Basket and there was almost no meat! All lettuce as a filler... Took a picture. Not sure if I can upload. Never again. That's why Your Place and Ours in Groveland went out of business.”

“We just had our wedding at The Grove, and the experience was top notch. Staff, food, and atmosphere were spot on every step of the way. We need to give a special shout out to Julia, who coordinated every little detail while making everyone feel at ease and welcome. Her efforts leading up to the wedding and through the whole event were very impressive, down to the smallest details of our requests that she knew by heart, as well as her experience and input on the other small details we wouldn’t have even thought of. The organization is very lucky to have her. Thank you to all of the incredible staff for such a wonderful day. Down to the extra gift the morning after!”

“This was the first time we ate at SaNouk's Lao and Thai Eats in Plaistow. There will be many more times. The food was so fresh and the flavors just exploded in your mouth. Such aromatic spices from the soup to the entrees. The spring rolls were hot and somehow more tasty than usual. My husband ate the yellow chicken curry and was very happy with the spices and flavors. My sweet and sour chicken was different than expected in a good way- the chicken had a great coating and this was so tasty. Not sugary sweet but real Thai tastes from the spices and cooking techniques. All the fresh aromatics had us transported to food heaven. The store has recently started a new faster way to order food and is truly worth visiting. Mama Lao and Nouk are incredibly friendly and knew our names before long. They talked with us and are just so genuine and gentle people. You will not be disappointed if you try this place!!”

“If you want some good coffee and pastries, I highly recommend Drop Cafe. I tried a Freddo Espresso for the first time and it was amazing. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious and staff is super friendly. we will definitely be back for more!”

“It is so wonderful to hear that the Agawam Diner is still in business. I grew up in Portsmouth, NH and from 1975?-1989, my mother had to take me for a periodic checkup to an allergy physician in Danvers and most every time on the way back home we would stop at the diner to have something to eat. I am now 55 and living in Florida, but I will never my several visits to the Agawam Diner. For those that haven't eaten there yet, do yourself a favor and stop in. You will not be disappointed”

“Best roast beef you’re going to find if you love a piping hot, perfectly rare cooked north shore style roast beef on a toasted bun. I always liked roast beef’s but Bella’s turned me onto them big time in the last few months and I now regularly every week or two make the 20 minute drive from New Hampshire to Bella’s and get a beef. As a small business owner I have a ton of respect for the owner that I still haven’t personally talked to but he always says hi and waves from the back where he consistently produces amazing food and I always see him doing things like bringing lunch down to the firehouse- small businesses that do things like this for the community should always be recognized. Long story short- give this place a shot and you’ll likely find your new favorite spot for roast beef and other great food!”

“We drive 45 minutes to & from to eat at the Clam Box. My husband grew up down the street and I worked in town for 15 years. Plus my parents would take me there as a kid. ALWAYS consistent! ALWAYS delicious. 10 out of 10! Worth the wait in line at peak season every time!”

Most of the meals we have ordered have been good. We have been upcharged by a lot (doubled the price of an entree) for substitutions like shrimp instead of sausage even when there is a shrimp dish with a similar price to my original order.”

“1st time at a Lebanese restaurant and tasted several items! The Meat Pie was excellent, but the Spinach Pie is to die for...so GOOD. My husband said his Steak Bomb was the best he ever had, and my Son really enjoyed his Steak and Cheese. The Sweet Potato Fries and Onion Rings were also very good. We are not around here often, but when we are, we will definitely be back!!!”

“BOSA completely blew us away and honestly helped me and my fiancé re ignite our relationship. Odd I know but we can explain. First off food was phenomenal and I would even say that work underplays it. Every dish nails layers of flavor. There’s few places that I go and order different meals as I usually go with what I know but BOSA offers great diversity in their menu and I cant wait to treat my fiancé to dinner again here. Now let’s get to our waitress Nicole! She’s the one who made this night beyond amazing. The initial greet was done with a friendly face and welcoming smile that made us feel right at home. She’s super knowledgeable about the whole menu with great recommendations! One thing I greatly admire and appreciate is she will give you her personal opinions of the food instead if trying to upsell the most expensive. That goes a long long way with me. Nicole is super personable and friendly it felt like we knew her for 10 years! You don’t see this service anymore and I told her I want to personally request her everytime we go from now on. Nicole told us her daughter works with her as well (clearing/cleaning tables, etc); what a dynamic duo I’ll tell ya! Both of them truly amazing! When I say me and my fiancés relationship got re ignited by Nicole and bosa that shouldn’t be taken lightly. Between broken down vehicles and trying to afford a wedding money has caused lots of tension, but money didn’t even phase us tonight. The service we received was worth more than what I had in my pocket. We tipped Nicole well and honestly if I had more cash on me I woulda done more. She didn’t even want to accept the tip but she’s truly amazing. We left feeling refreshed and renewed so thank you Nicole! You changed us for the better and showed us there’s still good people in the world. Thank you once again for an amazing night and we are truly blessed to have met you. Nicole should be the face of the company they would kill it! She’s funny smart knowledgeable and truly knows how to connect and take care of each individual customer. We left feeling like we were friends! Phenomenal night, phenomenal food, even better staff! The entire crew from hostess to Nicole to the manager and general manager came together and made the night special memorable and gave us lots to talk about. We have a network of many “foodies” and we will be sharing our experience with them!”

“Great Pizza! I was in your shop on Saturday, 29 Oct. This is what I have been searching for. The pizza reminds me of what I used to get in the 1940's and 1950's at pizzerias and barrooms. Thin, with the cheese and tomato spread right up to the edges. Almost foldable but not stiff. The flavor is satisfying and peaceful with a cold drink. The staff was extremely polite and accommodated me with a spaghetti sauce that was not on the menu. Judging from the continuous phone calls and pick-up orders, a lot of people have already discovered you and share my taste . Keep doing the Good pizzas. What a taste! When you've ordered tastey pizza, you know it at the first bite.”

“My husband took me here last night for our Aniversary. He knows I love duck. We were greeted at the door and sat us right away. Our waiter Andrew kept us content with making sure everything was fine with the appetizers drinks entrees and the dessert. The food was amazing. The duck was excellent and my husband's short ribs were delicious. I would definitely go back again. We went early and still made reservations which I suggest you make as I heard this place gets packed on the weekends.”

“We've been to Brix before, thought we'd bring some friends tonight to check it out. Caroline took excellent care of us; she recommended the grilled chicken wings which were terrific, and we also got the loaded potato cakes which were also very good. The burgers were large and cooked perfectly; the haddock was moist and flaky and the cubano was terrific as well. The french fries are perfect, thin like McD's and cooked perfectly. Highly recommend, a hidden gem; we'll definitely be back!”
