Let's be real, it's McDonald's. Although the table side service is definitely quite nice. Sometimes it feels like you get better service here than at some typical sit-down restaurants

Whenecer my wife and I want McDonald's, we drive all the way to West Springfield from Enfield CT just because the quality and service is ALWAYS AMAZING. I have yet to be served cold fries.... bit it never happens

This store is like the other one in town that prioritizes drive through customers over inside customers. I watch several cars pass by before my order is taken and many cars pass before my order is ready. It is quicker to go to the store on the Springfield side of the North end bridge AND they get your order correct.
