This was a perfect stop after the rest coast gem and mineral show to relax and regroup before our 3 hour trek home. Everybody was great and the food plentiful enough that we didn't have to make dinner the following day. Thank you for an awesome visit!
Ordered minestrone to go (1/2 gal) wanted to compare it from when we went to Olive Garden near Eastfield Mall and my interpretation at home.
Got it home from W.Springfield (still hot) and ate some to find its very salty. So sorry. All the right ingredients and spices but the salinity was a bit too much. Should I dilute it with more water?
