“Amici is a gem! We discovered it only just now, while looking for a place that could accommodate a party of seven on short notice, in the high season of summer. The food was delicious; the Caesar salad, truffle fries, and chicken parmigiana were especially good. And the service was wonderful, both friendly and efficient—which we appreciated with two hungry kids in the party. Speaking of kids, Amici is very family-friendly. They made a kid-size lasagna for our seven-year-old—which he finished, and that was great (because he’s finicky). We will definitely be back!”

“If only one could bottle the heavenly aroma that greets you when you open the door! The case is filled with one temptation after another, including a variety of GF items. The GF cranberry muffin is redolent with orange. The bursts of fresh cranberry are a tart surprise. The GF chocolate Bundt cake is tender, fudgy and moist, with just the right amount of vanilla glaze.”

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the warm smiles of both Kim and Ryan…the inviting smells of delicious food and the cozy atmosphere….from our drinks to the desserts, our experience was so wonderful! Starting with the warm corn bread and soft butter, the sweet and savory ribs, and the perfect stack of onion rings to the delicious homemade pasta dishes - the ramp pesto or the boar ragu——we are still raving about the amazing flavors! There is indoor and outdoor seating, but know that it's a smaller storefront, so good for small groups, couples, and solo trips - when a line forms it gets crowded. Definitely recommend.”

The atmosphere is casual and clean and I was personally very excited with the small details that set it apart from my average American dining experiences. Never before had I seen oregano buds or specialty bottled vinegars made with a variety of infusements for health benefits. My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this spot on a random day-long road trip but I would love to return!”

“I ordered the fried shrimp dinner. It was delicious along with the baked potato & coleslaw. Everything tasted fresh. I give them a thumbs up too because the accepted us for dinner at 7:35 & they were going to be closing by 8 (Sundays they close at 8). For being on their almost closing time, the service was great! If I come back up this way, I would definitely eat there again!”

“Joe’s Diner is hands down the best spot for breakfast in The Berkshires. Awesome prices and the quality of the food is unbeatable. Scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection, bacon was crisp, and the shredded hash browns were amazing. The over-easy eggs were done just right, the pancake was the perfect size and fluffy. A great classic American diner, which we love. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We'll stop by every time we’re in town.
