“My sincere thanks to Shemario for his effort and empathy. He made and delivered 3 dozen donuts to the Dennis Fire Dept. It was my son’s 58th Birthday he was a Lt. on the Fire Dept. I thought he’d like some donuts sent to his old station. He went above and beyond and I hope everyone supports his restaurant. My son is Dan “Flippy” O’Connell.

“The place was packed out at 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning. And a staff of six heroically work their butts off to please a Sunday morning back home from the cape crowd. I felt like they needed the encouragement so I yelled out to the staff thank you for doing a great job God bless you all!. “This is my local Dunkin and I always see them working fast and hard to make the mobile orders. They have very friendly staff in my opinion, they have always said please and thank you and had friendly conversations. They have convenient and clean bathrooms too! I see a lot of folks working here who speak English as a second language and they are working hard to learn and I think this a good fast paced environment for them to do so. Keep up the good work!“

“It was a regular Dunkin donuts, no issues or problems and it was the one that was on my way back to my destination. So in other words perfect for me.

Parking: It had plenty of free parking spaces in the front and the back of the store!“

Their Breakfast Sandwiches are super yummy: my "faves"are the lightly toasted "Multi Grain" or "Everything" with meat, egg and cheese ( ask them to put the cheese between the meat & egg to hold it All in place ******* ) !!!!!!!!!!!!“

“The morning staff are excellent, this is my go to Dunkin’s that I stop by every morning.
Never had any issues, they consistently are polite/respectful, drive thru is quick and my coffee and food always come out great.

The bad reviews may be referring to the afternoon staff.
I have come here before in the afternoon and didn’t have a great experience.
Staff seemed lazy, coffee was made completely wrong, the guy asked me like three times how I wanted my coffee and still got it wrong three times in a row and had the nerve to talk trash about me to his coworker when he thought I left.“
