I added a bunch of veggies (minus the lettuce, not saying that they don't wash the lettuce well, but with all the news going on with lettuce lately, I opted for spinach) and they were tasty and clean. The worker was very attentive, quick and polite, even patient when I took a little bit on deciding what I wanted. The place was empty when I was there, but it looked clean! “I had a great experience at this Subway location! The food was fresh and prepared exactly how I wanted it. The service was excellent—the staff was polite, professional, and had my order ready quickly. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. “I visited to pick up an online order. The website said it would be ready at a certain time. Knowing that the pickup time was optimistic at best (20 minutes after ordering), I arrived at the restaurant a few minutes after that time. There were a couple of patrons sitting down to eat but most tables were empty. There were 15 people behind the counter working on orders. I waited in line until I was helped. They asked me what my order was and I told them. They looked at all the bags in the takeout area and couldn't find mine. I was told my order wasn't ready yet. I had a suspicion that one of the bags held my order but I gave them an extra five minutes. When I went up again, I asked if the big bag of sandwiches was mine. They were surprised it was. I am rooting for you guys, but that last mile of order pickup needs to be improved.“

“They're always so friendly and accommodating , even with over the phone or when I walk in. I love that you can pre-order to pick up. The only downside is parking when its swamped in that area. Other than that, they're my go to for my beef sticks from now on. It's always cooked to perfection, prefectly seasoned, and consistent. Thanks heng heng!“
