“I had a great experience at this Subway location! The food was fresh and prepared exactly how I wanted it. The service was excellent—the staff was polite, professional, and had my order ready quickly. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely one of the better Subway spots in Lowell for a quick and reliable meal!“

“I visited to pick up an online order. The website said it would be ready at a certain time. Knowing that the pickup time was optimistic at best (20 minutes after ordering), I arrived at the restaurant a few minutes after that time. There were a couple of patrons sitting down to eat but most tables were empty. There were 15 people behind the counter working on orders. I waited in line until I was helped. They asked me what my order was and I told them. They looked at all the bags in the takeout area and couldn't find mine. I was told my order wasn't ready yet. I had a suspicion that one of the bags held my order but I gave them an extra five minutes. When I went up again, I asked if the big bag of sandwiches was mine. They were surprised it was. I am rooting for you guys, but that last mile of order pickup needs to be improved.“

I was not a huge fan of the place before, but as they changed the staff, it has definitely changed something that I lately keep on revisiting this Subway. I was treated like a King with special recognition to the manager on duty, her name is Mary.
