“I had a great sandwich today at the PG DA in Tewksbury, MA . I ordered a Classic Veggie Sub it made just the way I love it, light on the cheese and some extra grilled veggies on it. I was treated like a King with special recognition to the manager on duty, her name is Mary. We go out for lunch weekly with my BF Bob we end up here usually because of the way we are treated, we'll be back!!“

“I took my son here today for lunch. We have been to several subways and I have also worked at a few. The crew today did beautifully. They were kind and efficient. The gentleman who made the sandwiches was quick and got everything perfect. And the very nice lady that checked us out was very patient and friendly with my 7 yr old son. The whole experience was great. We even ate in the lobby which was clean and comfortable to eat. Great job!! We are very happy ?“

“The guy who I believe is the owner, or at least manager of the one I go to is always very friendly, he always washes his hands and puts on a new pair of gloves between each customer. When you ask for double meat he definitely makes the extra like 3$ worth it. There is normally always cookies available, which are delicious! There has been a couple times where I got there at about 8:30pm and the "open" sign was turned off but I still went up to the door because they don't close till 9, and both times it was locked, it was the same worker both times, I was pretty bummed out, but I brought it to the managers attention and it hasn't happened since.“

We were greeted with positive attitudes, and taken care of as if we were the only customers there. “I visited to pick up an online order. The website said it would be ready at a certain time. Knowing that the pickup time was optimistic at best (20 minutes after ordering), I arrived at the restaurant a few minutes after that time. There were a couple of patrons sitting down to eat but most tables were empty. There were 15 people behind the counter working on orders. I waited in line until I was helped. They asked me what my order was and I told them. They looked at all the bags in the takeout area and couldn't find mine. I was told my order wasn't ready yet. I had a suspicion that one of the bags held my order but I gave them an extra five minutes. When I went up again, I asked if the big bag of sandwiches was mine. They were surprised it was. I am rooting for you guys, but that last mile of order pickup needs to be improved.“

“I had a wonderful experience tonight with Aayush. I came a little after 9pm and I know that’s a time when folks are generally getting ready to close up. He was very courteous and friendly letting me know he’ll be right with me after a mobile pickup order.

I watched him quickly but carefully make the two sandwiches I came in for with a friendly demeanor. Like I mentioned earlier, I visited within an hour to close and he still provided wonderful service.“

“I just tried Jersey Mike's for the first time today. The Stoneham, MA location recently opened and is very convenient. My order was the #7, turkey and provolone cheese, along with chips and a drink. I used their mobile order app to select the items and customized as desired, which was very easy. The order was ready quickly, prior to the pickup time indicated on the app. I selected the rosemary parmesan bread, lettuce and tomato, plus oil and vinegar as a condiment. This was delicious with the turkey and cheese. The turkey was plentiful, very fresh and thinly sliced. The lettuce and tomato were also fresh. It was a quality sub, much better than some others I've gotten nearby. Staff members were busy, efficient, and friendly. I will be back to this location again and recommend it.“
