Subs were fresh and they know how to make it right so everything stays inside and doesn't fall out when you unwrap it!The work areas, restaurant & bathrooms are clean, and they change their gloves responsibly.I was very impressed and complimented them with a tip.Great job folks!“

“Your store, especially the staff, are a bright spot whenever I have to make a trip down to the Fitchburg Harbor freight because I can’t find something I desperately need at my local store in New Hampshire. (This time was a pump for my basement, which has 10” of water in it.) I worked in hospitality for 9 years as a younger man, So I understand Service. Your employees, at this store, consistently impress me with their genuine desire to serve their customers. It is not something you see in young people today very often so I think someone should be credited with training employees to have the right mind set. I must also say the employees tend to have very good manners, which is a plus.“

“Compared to other Subways that I have been to in New England- this was very nice and super clean. I dashed in while waiting for my eyelash appointment to grab lunch. I was surprised by the excellent service! I ordered a Philly steak but I did not want the bread so they made an excellent salad for me! The restrooms were also very clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I will absolutely go back again!!!“

“Went today and had a great experience with Jack, who says he’s been working for Subway for 10 years. I believe it! He is a sandwich master, and very kind to our preschooler who had never been to a Subway before. Jack knew immediately what sandwich I was talking about when I said that there was one with turkey, ham, and bacon, and the name had changed. Turns out it was called a Subway Melt and is now an All-American Club. Thanks for a delicious meal!“

“I Just ate from here again last night ... I constantly call in for deliveries because , it's summer and I don't want the stove on and I get lazy in the winter haha. Also because, it has the D'Angelo & Papa Gino's in one , You can get excellent choices. And some nights you want a couple Pizzas and somebody decides they want a sandwich or something else ... Well how convenient ... I left off the 1 star from atmosphere because, I am usually in my home so , I could do 10 stars for My own Place's atmosphere .... Love the fact they deliver and they are very local so there's no long wait when I get hungry.... So , I highly recommend this place. Try your quick and easy delicious dinner tonight.

“I have been to a lot of subways but this is probably the cleanest and freshest Subway I've been to. The place was absolutely slammed, But the employees were so pleasant and fast that I hardly noticed. Right when I walked in and employee on break saw me looking at my coupons and was cool enough to let me know the couple promotional items that they didn't apply to, and then at check out the cashier (different employee, wearing a manager shirt) sopped me from using the wrong coupon which would have saved me less money and pointed out the coupon that I would save even more money. If I could give 6 stars I would these guys made my night.“

“Had a turkey BLT sandwich with some mayo on Italian herb and cheese bread. Was a little bit dry and the veggies could have been fresher, but bread itself was good. Service was ok as the worker wasn’t very pleasant. Better alternative to greasy fast food though.“
