“Great spot!! I’ve been there three times in the past 5 days after my son had mouth surgery. The owner was super kind and inquired, when I went alone to pick him up ice cream, how he was healing. When we went today after his checkup that was painful, she gave him two flavors and scoops for the price of one. Extremely kind!!! This is definitely our new ice cream place! Thank you!“

“I love the blizzards, but I’m ready to stop going here. There’s an issue every time. I always order a Reese’s blizzard with choc ice cream, PB sauce and Oreos. most times they give me vanilla ice cream., which I hate, but I eat it because I don’t like to complain. Tonight I received a blizzard cup full of chocolate ice cream with some PB CUP crumbs on top. Absolutely nothing was in the blizzard. I’m tired of paying $7 for something that isn’t what I want. All I wanted was a treat after an awful day.“

“I would recommend Tom & Jimmy’s on 44 Winthrop Street 100%!! My daughter has a tree nut allergy and every time I mention it they go out of their way to wash the utensils, hands, and put on gloves! I really appreciate how far they go for my little one! We have been turned down at other local ice cream places! But here never once and we go quite often!! I appreciate all the girls that work there and appreciate how safe they are! ❤️“

“My family (three adults) needed somewhere fun to go on a monday. We decided to come here and it was wonderful. I am allergic to shellfish and soy, which severly limits my ability to eat out, but i was able to eat out for the first time in longer than i can even remember. The food was delicious, and i can't wait to visit again :)“

“This place is often the go to for sweets or just celebrating a hot summer day in our house. We adore their Halloween event and have gone to it for years now. They are very community oriented and it shows. The mini golf course is a little dated but perfectly fun-ctional. My daughter enjoys puttering around in it and it's a lovely family activity. Watch out for yellow jackets :(“

“Best 'turtles' I've ever had. They offer both pecan and walnut. I fly 3k miles to visit family and always stop by and get an overloaded box of these .. along with another box of their delicious chocolates. This place is a gem!“

Music in restaurant is very loud and it is difficult to chat when sitting at one of the 3 small tables. No restrooms.

“So many options and the ice cream is smooth and creamy, but not overly sweet. Some ice creams are made for licking off of a cone. Others seem to be better for eating with a spoon. The consistency of Daddy’s falls nicely in between. The staff are friendly and patient a d the value is terrific. There is a certain chain in Boston that shall remain nameless, but does not all match up against Daddy’s for quality and overall value. And I love the Braintree-themed varieties of sprinkle colors.“

“Very happy with our hot fudge sundae and strawberry shake, as well as the service. Sat I. Our car in the parking lot to enjoy. Just totally baffled as to why there wasn’t one trash barrel in site. Had to go over to target to find a barrel for our trash. This is just crazy!!!!“

“I’m a huge bubble tea drinker and I love to try all different kinds of places. Let me tell you, Sweet Sip did not disappoint. While there I tried three drinks: the Assam black tea with honey boba, the rose milk tea (no topping), and the Vietnamese iced coffee. All three were delicious. The Assam was a great milk tea for anyone who likes it simple and nostalgic. Nice and sweet, but not too sweet. The rose milk tea was fragrant and delicious as well. In terms of the boba, they use honey boba, which is a nice choice; this gives them a good taste, which adds nicely to the teas. The Vietnamese iced coffee was also a nice surprise. If you’ve ever had the real deal form a Vietnamese restaurant, then you would know that the coffee flavor can be strong and extra bitter. For someone who loves coffee, but is a wimp with the bitterness, this iced coffee was just the right balance. It gets even better as your ice melts. Lastly. I tried some of their Hong Kong cakes, specifically the pandan flavored cake, and the mochi filling. It was heavenly… Crisp, sweet, and flavorful. I look forward to trying the other flavors. I don’t go to Boston too often, but I would definitely come back to try more drinks at Sweet Sip the next time I’m visiting.“
