While there I tried three drinks: the Assam black tea with honey boba, the rose milk tea (no topping), and the Vietnamese iced coffee. All three were delicious. The Assam was a great milk tea for anyone who likes it simple and nostalgic. Nice and sweet, but not too sweet. The rose milk tea was fragrant and delicious as well. In terms of the boba, they use honey boba, which is a nice choice; this gives them a good taste, which adds nicely to the teas. The Vietnamese iced coffee was also a nice surprise. If you’ve ever had the real deal form a Vietnamese restaurant, then you would know that the coffee flavor can be strong and extra bitter. For someone who loves coffee, but is a wimp with the bitterness, this iced coffee was just the right balance. It gets even better as your ice melts. Lastly. I tried some of their Hong Kong cakes, specifically the pandan flavored cake, and the mochi filling. It was heavenly… Crisp, sweet, and flavorful. I look forward to trying the other flavors. I don’t go to Boston too often, but I would definitely come back to try more drinks at Sweet Sip the next time I’m visiting.“

“I was soooooo excited to try this place out! My partner and I came in for an evening snack after up from LI NY. We aren’t vegan, but I need to eat fully dairy-free for health reasons. There aren’t really many fully plant-based bakeries/scoop shops like this where we live so this was such a treat. We both got hot cocoa (since it was a cold night!), and got a small cup of grasshopper and apple cider donut ice cream. Everything was so good – I’m missing it now… the ice cream had such a soft, almost stretchy texture (hard to describe? but it’s an attribute of dairy ice cream as well) which was so delicious.

“I went to Michele's to buy too ice creams totaling 16 dollars and something cents plus a 3 dollar tip ..I have my little shitzoo with me my sandy was thirsty because it's hot and muggy out side so I asked the girl if I could have a small cup of ice water for my dog and she tells the price of the water was 2.50 I said for tap water and she saids yes we're low on ice so I said just give me a small cup of tap water without ice for my dog and I will pay for the cup ..the manager turns around and saids no we can't do that... so I ask him why your not dog friendly or you don't like dogs he then tells me he has no tap water ..what a joke...then he said his brother is the manager and he needs to follow the rules so I said to him your going to lose a customer and get a bad review on yelp over a small cup of tap water and he said yes so here we are ....he just lost a customer over tap water I am a dog lover my dog goes everywhere with me and I never had a problem going to any other place for tap water for my dog so this brings me to one conclusion that they don't care for animals and any place that don't like animals I don't want anything to do with so all you animal lovers don't go to Michele's ice cream because there are so many icecream places around the surrounding areas that are pet friendly...shame on you guys ..“

We got the infamous Sho-Gun Matcha/Vanilla Soft Serve Mix With Edible 24K gold , Maiko Special (Parfait) Hojicha/Strawberry Mix Soft Serve and Matcha Latte Float. Everything was so rich in favor. The matcha favor is probably the best that I had so far. You can taste the quality of the soft serve. It's a bit pricy but worth every penny. Definitely, need to try them out“

“Great ice cream. Hard pistachio is my favorite. Been coming here since the 80's. Newer owners, but still great place to have a nice treat and mini golf. Great comfort food. For the cost you get a good amount of ice cream. Usually get a large in a bowl. Can certainly be enough for 2, or some now some for later. Or just splurge and eat it all, you only live once. My dogs love the dog friendly cups and the little dog bones are cute.

Parking: I've never had a problem with parking here, but it can get tight.

There are PLENTY yummy flavors to select from and they also have vegan options. The vegan oreo is my fav and the strawberry cheesecake sundae with vegan vanilla is AMAZING!

My only issue is that there are no clear instructions on the ordering process. Do you order first then pay or pay then get your ice cream?!? I've seen both happen at several visits, and folks who may have arrived before someone else may get/ have been missed.

Outside of that one flaw, I enjoy this place. I would certainly recommend Daddy's Dairy to anyone looking for a nice ice cream spot.

There was melted ice cream on the floor, sticky surfaces, and a general sense of untidiness. It’s understandable that the staff might be juggling multiple responsibilities, but a cleaner environment would significantly enhance the overall experience. The decor itself is fun and vibrant, typical of Ben and Jerry’s, but the cleanliness issues were a noticeable downside. ???

The ice cream at Ben and Jerry’s is as delightful as ever. I indulged in Marshmallow Sky and Salted Caramel Blondie, both rich and flavorful. My girlfriend, who is lactose intolerant, opted for the vegan, non-dairy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Non-dairy flavors can be hit or miss, but this one was fantastic—creamy and delicious, without the watery taste we’ve encountered elsewhere. Although the prices reflect the upscale Newbury Street location, the quality of the ice cream justifies the cost. ?????

Reflecting on our visit, Ben and Jerry’s on Newbury Street provided a great ice cream experience with exceptional service and delicious flavors. My parents were here for my dad’s surgery and we stopped in for sandwiches that we all loved (and mom is PICKY). I believe all of their ice cream is coconut based if I heard the staff correctly. So expect it to be a bit more watery. I got the Oreo ice cream with Oreo cookie sandwich, and I was a bit disappointed when the staff let me know they already have that one made and it’s ready to grab from the fridge. I left with a rock hard cookie that I couldn’t eat for 20-30 minutes. I guess I could’ve insisted on getting a fresh cookie, but I didn’t want to be wasteful. So it was a bit disappointing to not have that warm cookie cold ice cream experience. But I still liked it overall and it’s a great, late night treat?“
