We had the cochin white fish, fried fish, and salmon pkaila. We also had the pickles, two great cocktails, and the napoleonka. Everything was unbelievably delicious. He was super knowledgeable and informed us about the ice cream workshops and about how people from near and far came for the nut free ice cream options. The richness and the flavor profiles were out of this world, especially the latter flavor of the two. It’s dangerous to know the Kroger store is only five minutes from my house. “I ordered a Power Boost bowl through DoorDash and overall the bowl itself was delicious. Upon receiving it, I discovered it contained walnuts (which I have an allergy to) and the ingredient info on DoorDash did not list walnuts. I reached out to the store and they immediately updated the ingredient info and offered to remake the bowl, which I really appreciated.

After looking into this further, my bigger concern is with DoorDash. There is currently no option during the ordering process to list a food allergy or request an ingredient be removed. The only note option available relates to substitutions if an item is unavailable, not allergy information.

If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, I would highly recommend ordering directly through the store rather than through DoorDash so you can communicate those concerns directly and the restaurant can handle them accordingly because the bowl itself is absolutely worth trying!“

First off: the flavors are amazing. They are both well thought of combinations and absolutely high quality products. This is artisan level ice cream. It is very dense and rich. It kind of reminds me of Italian gelato in a way. I loved the cones as well. You can order a 1, 2, or 3 scoop in a cone or cup. Or cone kind of looking thing in a cup.

The staff here was super nice and friendly. Thank you for your professionalism! I love the atmosphere of the store and it was very modern, clean, and intriguing. I wanted a cone as soon as I walked in.

Price wise, be prepared for expensive ice cream. In my opinion it was worth the purchase for how exceptionally better it was than the vast majority of places I’ve tried around town.

Taro: A bit of a surprise. For an American/Italian ice cream shop, the most highly rated flavor online was taro, but after one bite, I felt it truly deserved its reputation. The ice cream was smooth and delicate, with a naturally rich taro flavor, and not too sweet.

Matcha: A very standard matcha flavor from an American ice cream shop. Not too sweet, the matcha flavor was pure, but nothing particularly special. A safe choice for Chinese palates.

Coconut Thai Tea: First time trying this, and quite an interesting flavor. The sweetness of coconut milk is the top note, followed by the bitter aroma of Thai milk tea.

Bourbon Maple Pecan: The initial taste was the sweetness of maple syrup, followed by the nutty and slightly salty aroma of pecans. It's quite good, but a little on the sweet side.“

“I went to Michele's to buy too ice creams totaling 16 dollars and something cents plus a 3 dollar tip ..I have my little shitzoo with me my sandy was thirsty because it's hot and muggy out side so I asked the girl if I could have a small cup of ice water for my dog and she tells the price of the water was 2.50 I said for tap water and she saids yes we're low on ice so I said just give me a small cup of tap water without ice for my dog and I will pay for the cup ..the manager turns around and saids no we can't do that... so I ask him why your not dog friendly or you don't like dogs he then tells me he has no tap water ..what a joke...then he said his brother is the manager and he needs to follow the rules so I said to him your going to lose a customer and get a bad review on yelp over a small cup of tap water and he said yes so here we are ....he just lost a customer over tap water I am a dog lover my dog goes everywhere with me and I never had a problem going to any other place for tap water for my dog so this brings me to one conclusion that they don't care for animals and any place that don't like animals I don't want anything to do with so all you animal lovers don't go to Michele's ice cream because there are so many icecream places around the surrounding areas that are pet friendly...shame on you guys ..“

They are very warm, friendly, patient, and have great insight on all the flavors and products. Because of them I found my favorite Fomu flavor. It was Rose Lavender but I was introduced to Lemon Meringue, tart lemon ice cream (coconut base), with graham cracker crust and yummy vegan marshmallow! It was so tasty I went back a second (and third) time to buy a point. Don't miss this flavor and the wonderful staff (surprisingly calm and chill even under pandemic pressure).
