“Great local beer spot. Ambiance has improved since they've decorated a bit. The lights could stand to be turned down, and when there is live music it's unbearable to be inside because of the volume, but it's a great addition to Northampton. The food is also very so so.“
“Had one of their IPA beers at Hutghi’s at the Nook in Westfield,MA and was blown away. I love it when that happens! Came back home to Michigan and disappointed can’t find this beer anywhere. I believe it was The IPA. Super delicious with a deep flavor. Must be the hops. I may have to drive out east and stock up on these folks beer. Glass was pretty cool too.“
“Great little craft beer spot! We took a detour and stopped here on a whim on our way home after a disappointing experience at a larger brewery nearby - so glad we did. The atmosphere is small and friendly with a neighborly vibe, very family friendly and saw several dogs there as well. There were board games to play, chalk to draw with, and great live music all of which kept the kids entertained. The beertender in the tap room was so nice, she took time to make conversation and ask and get a feel for what types of beers you like and which ones you don't to make the best suggestions for someone visiting the brewery for the first time. I don't like IPAs, and in the New England beer scene that can sometimes leave me with few options, especially at smaller craft breweries here. Berkshire had a great depth of varieties on tap that I was happy to sample in a few flights and we left with several packages from the cooler to take home. We'll definitely be back if we're in the area again!“
“hi - i love the ales and the atmosphere, but one minor complaint:Bill's is not a Brown Ale! we brown lovers love the Malty, roasty and slightly sweet warmth of Ale and many of us do not like the bite of high hops. please rename Bill's so more of us Brown lovers don't accidentally buy them and have to give them away...“
“Drawing Board has great beer that changes regularly, great people working there (also the owners and brewers!), great people who go there, and (maybe the best part) they are a genuine community space. They have everything from puzzles, events, and poetry to games and reading nights. They're situated near a lot of dinner options as well and are happy for people to bring food and come hang out. They're good at what they do and they're truly local in the sense that they foster community and are committed to making sure people have a good time whenever they stop by.“
“A nice selection of fun drinks with a lot of options beyond just beer. I've tried their hibiscus mule and their signature new city mule and been happy each time. The outdoor seating was perfect for me since I had my dog alongside me.Inside is really upbeat. I saw people playing frisbee inside which gave a very lively atmosphere. Bartenders are right in front of you as you walk in and they got me my drinks quite quickly.“
“Really don’t have anything bad to say about this brewery! I have been here twice now (usually visit when in town from NYC) and both times were a total blast. The place itself is very well kept and extremely spacious. We had a group of 10 and were able to get seats no problem. The beer selection is great. They have something for everyone, and I’ve yet to be disappointed. Fresh Pick is probably the most popular (and it’s good). Last time I went I got the Das Boot which was pretty sizeable, beer was good and I love that you get to keep the glass! One of my favorite parts about this spot is they are always doing live music, and it’s always decent to good. In the summer, they have an awesome location outside where the bands play. You can easily spend all day here. The bartenders could know more about the beer they are serving but it doesn’t take away from the experience!“
“Tree House is Tree House, one of the greatest breweries in the East if you're into IPAs. However I found the selection at Deerfield not as expansive as Charlton for the drafts. The pizza was a nice touch and very good, better than the trucks of Charlton. The gift/coffee/spirits store is great!“
“Just went yesterday for lunch. I got the Pork belly Banh mi which was sooo good! I was a little worried because I forgot to ask for no jalapeños but it wasn’t too spicy, just had a little kick. We ordered both the ciders from Outlook Farm which were delicious and refreshing. My sister got the turkey club and had no complaints. Would go back for the banh mi alone! Good atmosphere and friendly staff.“
“Nice bar/brewery tucked in behind Yankee Candle. Regan provided great service and insight into the beers! They have a wide variety of beers (IPAs, sours, stouts, ales, etc.) so every beer drinker should be able to find something that suites them, but they also have wine if that’s more your thing. Overall a great stop.“

“A wonderful place for enjoying the great beer reasonably priced and very tasty. Excellent food and great service. Enjoyed the chicken ceasar salad and cheeseburger sliders with excellent house made tater tots. We loved the line dancing to Wild Bill and the Flying sparks band. We ate great food and beer plus got in about 10,000 steps dancing. Can not wait to return!Plus beautiful old historic building, very clean, and looks great for outdoor activities in the summer too!“
