“our family couldn't be more happy that you relaunched and opened. My children, now adults have the fondest memories of having lunch at Michael's place. And never were we more happy than seeing Claudio and Eddie from deli King behind the line cooking. both establishments were such a staple for us. That being said, our breakfast was absolutely delicious. grilled corn muffin, grilled bagel with cream cheese, side of hash and a steak and cheese omelette with home fries and a big old bowl of tater tots hit the spot! And although I did not get pancakes, the gentleman next to me probably should have won a t-shirt if he was going to finish that plate 😂 They were gorgeous! size of a large plate“

“Really good flavors. I tried the mushroom lobi bowl as my main course and also some of the appetizers and desserts. This is primarily a quick-serve take out restaurant, but they do have a handful of tables inside. They also serve breakfast too under another name. I tried their fruit compote (juice) which is house made with real fruit and it was delicious. Owner was the only one working and he was very nice.“

“I ordered a Power Boost bowl through DoorDash and overall the bowl itself was delicious. Upon receiving it, I discovered it contained walnuts (which I have an allergy to) and the ingredient info on DoorDash did not list walnuts. I reached out to the store and they immediately updated the ingredient info and offered to remake the bowl, which I really appreciated.

After looking into this further, my bigger concern is with DoorDash. There is currently no option during the ordering process to list a food allergy or request an ingredient be removed. The only note option available relates to substitutions if an item is unavailable, not allergy information.

If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, I would highly recommend ordering directly through the store rather than through DoorDash so you can communicate those concerns directly and the restaurant can handle them accordingly because the bowl itself is absolutely worth trying!“

“Stopped in to Jimmy’s Market today and the advertising I’ve seen on how good their food is was definitely accurate. I ordered a Brennan which was chicken fingers, American cheese, delicious bacon, topped with a nice honey mustard. Definitely very tasty. My buddy ordered a steak and cheese with mushroom, pepper and onion. It looked amazing and he said it was delicious. They were busy celebrating 50 years in business and there is no wonder why they’ve been so successful for so long. We definitely recommend stopping by!“

I decided on fried chicken and fried vegetable rice, which turned out to be an awesome choice. The rice came out first, and it was fantastic. “Always have recommended for a normal ice cream day but after today, HIGHLY recommend even more for a catering gig! We did a make your own sundae bar for Teacher Appreciation Week and it was a huge hit(60)! Working with Joe to get everything ordered and organized was a piece of cake! He was so helpful with suggestions and always replying back so quickly. Liz delivered to our school and was so helpful, showing me how to use the warmer and even helping to unpack the ice creams into the freezer. Delicious, well cooked, and well seasoned!!! I’m from the south and this is the FIRST place I have ever recommended for burgers. The decor is phenomenal!! The colors and pics on the wall.. you have to see it!! Everything from Sesame Street, Star Wars, to classic rockers are present on the walls!! The music is the perfect level!! You can talk and have as conversation, but still have background music. Something I have found is not always the case. The staff is unbelievable. I felt like I was a regular that had been going for years! The communication with ordering to hid the staff works senselessly together is an added bonus to this experience. Yes, experience.. when all your senses are activated.. a restaurant/bar isn’t just a place for food and drinks. It’s a place that comes to life. The food at Pressed Cafe is always good (healthy, delicious food you can get quickly is hard to find, so we go to the many locations often). I happened to go the Lawrence location yesterday and seriously the whole staff was so kind. I went through the drive-through and the woman taking my order was so sweet! I ordered a lot and she double checked it all, had me pull up and wait a little bit (it was a good amount of stuff). I was sitting outside waiting and could see inside and the kitchen was moving.
