“This place is nice, I've seen it well kept and maintained, the workers are nice, especially the green haired lady! Every time I've interacted and seen her interact with someone, she's been absolutely pleasant! Would recommend this location! I also personally recommend the personal pizza, those are great, if you get extra cheese, have them toast is a normal amount of time and an additional 30 seconds or so

“I order a mocha frappe everyday and most days they never fill the cup. Today I got my drink and this time its less full than usual. it wasn't even filled up to the line on the cup, not even halfway between the top two lines. im tired of paying $5.02 for a lg. mocha and not get what I pay for. The food is either lukewarm or dried out. If it wasn't for the fact the its the only McDonald's in town I wouldn't even go there.“

“I go there off & on and I have had good and bad experiences there, but for the most part they have been good. They do mess up meals there like every fast food restaurant out there it happens. But they correct it in a timely manner without fuss. There are good and bad employees just like every other business but the place as a whole has been good. Bottom line it’s a fast food restaurant not a five-star restaurant. If you want top-of-the-line service, go to a top-of-the-line restaurant.“

“I didn't eat in so the atmosphere was the drive-thru as for the service this kid was confusing when we ask the question I thought my husband thought that he was talking about the same thing we were we get to the window and we only got one order for one person rather we thought we were getting bundle for both of us by that time waiting in line so long I didn't want to deal with it I just drove off and went to the Chinese place to get food for myself I'll try it again not anytime soon“

“Thank you for making it easy to order my daughter a kids meal to be just like her big brother! She has a metabolic disorder and can only have 4g protein a day--so burgers and chicken (and bread, quite frankly), are out of the question. I was able to order a kids meal with fries and apple bites only, and without a hassle, and I have one happy kiddo! Sometimes, it's the little things in life that make a big difference to a kid ❤“

“This store was a very pleasant surprise. When approaching the entrance a worker was leaving and held the door for us; when ordering the young man taking our order was polite, friendly and accommodating; food was ready inside of 5 minutes.“

“Jaffrey is by far my favorite and best Subway I’ve been in. Zack is one of the best workers. He’s so kind, and very helpful. The appearance of the store is so clean and way faster than other subways it only took me two minutes. I went to Winchendon and all the supervisor with the green hair does it talk bad about her employees and serve disgusting food and hard bread and her response to me “I don’t want to throw away the owners are strict” if the owners at strict at serving garbage food. Maybe they shouldn’t be a food business. I want to go to a food place to order and leave not hear the inconveniences the workers have! I brought my two kids at winchendon and they are GARBAGE. Always nasty veggies but jaffrey has such clean and fresh veggies. My order was made quickly and correctly. This will be my by far main subway I go to.“

“We went tonight and couldn’t find the shamrock shake on the kiosk. Dom went out of his way to help us. He was kind, helpful, and even took time to talk to our kids and give them stickers. Every time we go in this young man has the best attitude and always ready to help.“

“The staff was super helpful and friendly when we were placing an order and helped us with deciding what to order. We got our food very quickly and got to sit down and eat right away. A bit disappointed in the size of the tenders, my memory claims they were a lot bigger years ago. Overall our experience was very good and I plan to return soon.“

“Walked in today and an employee was in the middle of cleaning the lobby, I told her what a great job she was doing the whole place looked very clean. My fiance and I ordered our sandwiches within 5 minutes we were sitting down eating. The guy that made our sandwiches was very fast and very professional. Food was good. Place was clean. I would recommend.“
