Have had a lot of tacos in my life on the east and west coasts & in Mexico, this has to be at the top of the list as one of the best Ive had. The service was friendly and kind, felt like a place where locals are regulars, staff call you by name and ask how youre doing. Plus the place is super clean and has restrooms and local art on display.“

That made the table very crowded and we had to eat out hot food first instead of the appetizers. It was ridiculously expensive. We didn’t order the raw oysters as they were $37 for 6 with mignonette sauce. We couldn’t believe they charge an extra $5 for sauce. The sushi was good. We loved being on the marina and able to look at the boats.“

“Did a search for a place on the water and went here. Boats all around on this inlet but was a great little spot. The weather was great so it was wonderful to be outside. Nice bar with friendly bartenders. Food was good and the staff was attentive but not overly. We didn't feel rushed at all.“

After 4 hours of cycling around the area, my wife and I were looking for refreshments. In the UK we'd have passed numerous pubs in that time, but less so here in New England. Quite by chance we happened across Grumpy's and couldn't have asked for a better watering hole.
The venue itself is brimming with character and history, and there's definitely something for everyone! Pool, darts, pinball, arcade games and a wonderful host in Kevin.
The drinks seemed really reasonably priced, and I would have happily stayed all day if I could have!
There are t many places to choose from around here that have the vibe and soul of Grumpy's, and so if that's what your looking for, this is the place to be!
If we are ever in the area again, we'll definitely be stopping by!“
