“Yes, I am giving THIS McDonalds location five stars. Yes, I know that is crazy. Yes, compared to my other reviews of local businesses this doesn’t make any sense.

But this is consistently the best managed McDonald’s in Worcester. They never mess up my order, the food is actually hot and edible.

I know it’s a low bar to eat halfway edible McDonald’s but this place well exceeds my expectations every time.“

“I needed to meet someone for work in an easily accessible location, and she suggested this McDonalds. I was hesitant because the reviews seemed kind of low but agreed to go anyway. I have not eaten in McDonalds in years. I ordered a Filet O Fish meal. It was promptly brought to my table. Everything was freshly made and hot, the soda refills were free, and the location was spotless. The team on duty was hard working and polite. I appreciated my visit here; they are a model establishment.“

“Came here to order burger and nuggets. Very clean organized . Service is fast at 3pm during weekday. For a nugget pack with a Toney nugget in it. Ask her if she could please replace it. Was very pleasant and didn’t hesitate to give me a whole new nuggets order. Excellent customer service! Thank you“
