“Yes, I am giving THIS McDonalds location five stars. Yes, I know that is crazy. Yes, compared to my other reviews of local businesses this doesn’t make any sense.
But this is consistently the best managed McDonald’s in Worcester. They never mess up my order, the food is actually hot and edible.
I know it’s a low bar to eat halfway edible McDonald’s but this place well exceeds my expectations every time.“
“I ordered curbside to go (social anxiety, makes it easier on the app….) anyway, the gentleman that brought the order out was extremely nice and polite and I wish I had gotten him name because I would give him a shout out. Thank you for your customer service!!!“

“The staff at this McDonald’s had gotten so much more attentive and respectful to the customers over the last year or two. I changed my 1 star review to 4. New management? I don’t know but it’s a different place than it was 5 years ago. Congrats to the employees for making it a wonderful place to have a meal.“
“Overall has a decent crew right now. Has bathrooms. Can order by kiosk or front cash registers. Pretty clean for the most part.
