“Although I do recommend their food, i have a complaint that needs to be addressed by management sooner rather than later: Lost Prescription Glasses at Antonio’s – Seeking Help On Saturday, February 8, I dined at Antonio’s in Worcester and accidentally left my prescription glasses on the table. The next day, I called the restaurant, and a staff member confirmed they had found them and would set them aside for me. However, when I went to pick them up on Monday, my glasses were nowhere to be found. I asked the staff to check the security cameras, but I was told they didn’t have time, and later, another employee said the cameras wouldn’t show the seating area. I find it concerning that my glasses were supposedly found on Sunday but had disappeared by Monday. I’ve now been without my new prescription glasses for three days, and replacing them will be a costly expense since my insurance won’t cover another pair this year. I’m simply asking Antonio’s to review the camera footage to determine what happened. If they find my glasses, great—it will save me a lot of money. If not, at least I’ll know they made an effort. I’ve been a loyal customer, but I’m very disappointed by their lack of interest in helping me. I hope they reconsider and take action.“

“I found Olo about a year ago when my spouse was in a nearby hospital. I had looked up “ best Neapolitan pizza near me”, and they were ranked very high. I came in and loved it! Now I’m Hooked! The wood fired pizza, the Detroit style And the pastas are amazing! Start with the burrata! It’s amazing! Just came back from having my bday there. So happy! Don’t forget Thursday is 3 for 30.00!“

“This is the best pizza shop in the area, and one of the best pizza shops that I’ve been in a very long time. There is nothing that I have tried that has not met my expectations. Everything is so fresh, the pizza it’s always warm, not overly sauced just enough cheese, not stingy on the toppings not sale like Freshway. Everything is just phenomenal. The staff is always super friendly, I don’t know if the bald guy is the owner, but wow, he is super nice, to me. Customer service is super important. I also love that their dessert menu is much more than baklava, chocolate cake and cheesecake ,and the fact that they sell ice cream year-round got me sold. Nine out of 10 times people only leave reviews when they have a bad experience, very few people leave good reviews, I feel that Papa flames deserves them. Keep up the great work guys.

“Great Sicilian style pizza at a local, family owned shop. The crust was light and buttery, the sauce was nicely seasoned, and there were plenty of toppings. The business is cash only, but the prices are very good. Auntie Dots reminds me a lot of the small, local shops I grew up with. The owners were great to talk to while we were waiting for our pizza to finish. We were always hesitant about trying this because of the weird hours, but I'd recommend giving this place a shot!“

“Alright, I don’t usually do reviews & or read any reviews from any of you Worcester folks cause y’all like to eat pure garbage but this place has been a huge hidden gem, I understand that not everyone is going to like them, (cause you’re crazy and eat dog food) but I’ve never had anything off about this place from the staff to the lay out of the store it’s always spotless & clean and beyond friendly that guy will help you with anything and cook you some of the best chicken quesadillas to ever touch a grill , from the dinners to the pizza & bread sticks .. I’ve never had any issues if anythint the food has always been so good I’m mad I moved out of Worcester and can’t order from them everyday , but everytime I’m in the area I make sure to stop by and grab something from them. Great people amazing area & definitely don of the friendliest people I wish they could expand and be the only pizza shop around Worcester nothing else compares“

“We hosted a graduation event at the Grill on the Hill in May. The venue location is convenient. The sunset over the course was spectacular. The service was top-notch. Food was excellent. We worked with Bria on all the details for the event. She was responsive, friendly and fun! Definitely recommend the Grill on the Hill for your next event. The weather allowed us to move back and forth between the function room, porch and sand pit. A really fun experience for everyone!“

Unlike most places that give you a couple pieces of pepperoni or veggies so small you cant see them. Was loaded with veggies and meats, so good. Very tasty, tender, seasoned steak and the crust was almost to good to give any piece to my begging dog (ultimately giving in and he approved). Price was right, called in and ready in the correct given time (20 minutes). This will now be our regular pizza place!“

I haven't been here since June and now know why I missed it. Amy (at the bar) greeted me as I walked in, some of the other staff said hello and my favorite waitress-Maddy welcomed me back. “Never in my life did I think that I’d find Worcester’s ACTUAL best pizza in St. Vincent’s Hospital, but here we are. I was blown away with their slice: perfectly crispy crust, melty not-stringy cheese, a well balanced and robust sauce, all for about $3.50 a slice. “This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I had fries and a pepperoni pizza. The fries were very nicely done, crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. The pizza was also nicely done. Nice crust, although I would have preferred a little more crispness on the bottom, nice flavor to the sauce, and good pepperoni. “Very affordable prices and large portion sizes. The lamb tikka masala had more than a pound of meat in it and easily was enough for two meals. The pizza was good too if you like greek style. Overall a good spot to go to if you are having a craving for Indian food.“

“I highly recommend a chicken teriyaki sub/wrap it's not on the menu but they will make it for you anyway. It was great. The service is always top notch. The only issue I have ever had with them was resolved immediately and politely. The seafood in the seafood sub could use some work though it's very watered down (doesn't have enough seafood in mixture, too much sauce/mayo whatever it is they use to mix the seafood) Other than that they wonderful there. We have ordered from Jim's Pizza and sub the last several weekends in a row, and I keep adding new photographs of the different items we have been enjoying. Yum Yum Yum.

We ordered Jim's Pizza for the first time. We ordered through Uber Eats on a Friday Night. The food arrived on time. Our order consisted of a Large Hawaiian Pizza, Small Spinach and Feta Pizza with extra cheese, Greek Salad, and Large Onion rings. There are many positives to write about with our food choices.

The onion rings were the style I prefer, and they were delicious. I was also blown away when I saw the Greek Salad (just look at the picture). I am so used to getting a ton of lettuce and minimal veggies and cheese when ordering Greek salads elsewhere lately that this Greek salad stands out. The bread crumbs, olives, large quantity of feta, along with the veggies really delivered. The Hawaiian Pizza was very good but it didn't blow me away like everything else. The Spinach and Feta pizza really hit the spot and was a cheesy spinach delight - yummy! Well done!!

I've driven by Jim's so many times, and I am glad we finally tried it. I foresee another Greek Salad being ordered for a weekday lunch very soon.“

The prices are very fair, the place is very clean and the service is very friendly. The pizza is one of the best that I have had in Worcester. I highly recommend you give it a try.“
