Wendy's in Worcester

“Overall great experience . I truly was not expecting much due to every other Wendy's I've neem too over the last few years being absolutely terrible especially when it came to customer service. But not this one. Everyone was working very hard as well as letting a little personality shine through as well. It truly made tne experience allot more enjoyable. I don't think I saw one employees while I was there that didn't smile. Everyone seemed genuinely happy. With that and how good the food was I have zero complains and a thousand compliments. This is truly a great location with a great staff. I highly recommend checking checking them out

“This Wendys location comes in 2nd place for me, for worcester, ma. The food at this location is always better than the one on park ave, but the one on lincoln street is my #1 choice. Why? Because the food and the workers there are always good. The people who take your order at the Southbridge Street location always have an attitude and act like theyre mad you want to place an order and if you order more than one thing, but the food is usually always good and fresh and the vegetables are always fresh at this location, which i appreciate.“
