Used to frequent McDonald's every other week, now it's every 6 months, never fails that after going through the drive thru I have to go in because something either was forgot, or something was wrong. Every.single.
Bathroom was very dirty. Food and kleenex strewn about. Toilets weren't flushed. Hot and humid in the bathrooms.Dietary restrictions: They will remove items from your wraps if you are dairy free and add more veggies if you are health conscious.Parking: Parking is limited depending on the time of day.Kid-friendliness: Open space, easy enough for younger ones to come and go with families.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors have buttons to open them automatically.

Typically this McDonald’s is my go too as I find the others have worse service and forget items a lot. But last time I came through on a short 30 minute break I found that the snack wrap I ordered was open and not wrapped at all getting sauce all over the wrapping and eventually my car. Coming from an ex employee I know the service could be way better then it is right now as it once was.
