“I want to give props to Heather the manager. I did have a pizza mix up with my pizza order today. The problem didn’t fully get resolved but she did do the leg work. She looked into it. She fully probably expected to get yelled at by the customer. It was what it was. I know what I had ordered... but anyway, she was very pleasant to me and nice. I just want to say she was very professional about the situation. She will go far. Great customer service. I can tell she did look into the situation as far as her capabilities would allow and went the extra mile. Thank you Heather -Heidi (not Karen)”

“Enjoyed an amazing meal here with my husband as an early Mother’s Day dinner. A unique and pleasant atmosphere with stellar service, meal and dessert. The beet chips were a heavenly starter! The pike and fish and chips were winners. Would definitely highly recommend. I am so glad my husband found this spot as it was so worth it. Walking through the village was serene and enjoyed a little shopping in the village as well. Loved the animal area as we were introduced to some goats and sheep! “Everything was solid, especially the food. The only thing I thought may have been slightly off was the decaf coffee. It tasted like it had been sitting a while but maybe it was just me. I only drink fresh at home and at work. If it has been sitting for over 20 minutes I dump it. I always recommend Pineridge Hollow whenever I talk about going there!”

“They more than live up to all the 5 star reviews! The sign of a good bakery is, at the end of the day, there are no baked goods left. The shelves were empty when we got there at 5:30pm. I ordered a Cheesecake Delight parfait. The soft ice cream was very creamy and smooth textured. The Cheesecake bits seemed like actual bits of cheesecake! The two gals working were very welcoming and helpful. Great little gem, just outside of the city!”
