I was stressed, thinking it was too late to do anything about it. But I decided to call the store, and that's when the magic happened! The customer service representative, a girl (I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name, she is Punjabi and the same girl who handles me pizza all the times whenever I go for pickups Saturday Eve!), went above and beyond to make things right. She offered to replace my pizza with the correct one without charging me extra! I was blown away by her kindness and dedication to customer satisfaction. Parking: The drive in was confusing since I went left (because of an exiting car no room anyways to the right) off of regent and not right. Went around and ended up close to where I came in.
Never been there before but found a spot and backed in. Felt like a lot of driver error but lololol!!!!

I had lots of questions as one blizzard wasn’t for me so I needed specifications but they were still happy to help and explain to me. “I just wanted to start this review off by saying Het Patel was absolutely amazing. I barely experience great customer service nevermind coming from a fast food joint. When we arrived we were greeted with nothing but smiles from Het. I have a disabled son in a wheelchair/stroller whom we also brought along. Most people don't bother to acknowledge him. We usually just get stares and weird looks but Het acknowledged him by smiling and waving and trying to communicate with him which made my heart happy. I can be a picky eater, so I was getting kind of snippy at my bf and his food choices for us and Het was very patient and did an amazing job explaining items on the menu. This was my first time eating at smokes poutiniere and I didn't have high expectations, but Het made our experience awesome and I'm glad we showed up on a day that he was working there. We will definitely be coming again :)“

“Nuburger Kenaston: I was greeted by two very warm and friendly gentlemen. One of them gave me a low-down on the menu as I had never been there before. My burger (monster something rather) was huge and soooo delicious! The fries contained the perfect amount of salt and crispness…you know when the ends have just a little extra oil and it adds to the taste😋However, nothing surpassed my expectations more than the service. One of the gentlemen offered to help carry my order to the car and held doors open. 120/10!! 😉“
