Very professional in the way he acknowledged every single customer who walked in and out of the door while maintaining communication with the customer in the line.“
“I recently made an "end of the school year" field trip with some colleagues and students. We chose Pizza Hut for our lunch. I called ahead of time to place an order for the whole motorcoach, bus driver included. The woman on the phone who helped me place my order was very helpful and went above and beyond in accommodating us. Our very large order was prepared and ready for the specified time. The receipts were also numbered to indicate the sequence of our order, to help us coordinate with our list of orders. AMAZING! I felt absolutely taken care of during such a busy trip. I can't say how much that was appreciated. I definitely recommend this restaurant. Employees were excellent and efficient.“
“They recently renovated the location, the whole play park has been taken out entirely since COVID hit. The whole new make looks very sophisticated, they have 4 of the computer kiosks which in total is 8 as they are back to back. They also made the order line smaller as they are encouraging people to use the kiosks instead of ordering in person. I had just run in to grab a happy meal for my 4 year old. The meal was fine, it's always the same quality. They have an app you can scan at the kiosks and get points for your orders. I never checked out the washrooms.“
“My daughter and I were ill with Covid, and decided to order in. The fries tasted old, and only one meal received coleslaw. I paid $5 extra for each meal to be 'all white' meat but each meal contained 2 legs each. Legs are dark meat. When I called, voice mail answered so I left a message. No one replied. I made a complaint on the website and again no one replied except to send a coupon for free popcorn chicken. No, give me my $10 back ? I do not recommend this location. (The delivery was quick- the only good part of the experience!)“
“Twice in two weeks I tried to use a gift card at this location. Both times they were having trouble with their gift cards so we couldn't use it. Other than being annoyed, it's a good location. Looking forward to seeing the new renovations.“
“There ok. Drive thru needs more friendliness as I asked him a question and completely ignored me. I guess it was just that one dude because the next day I asked for mc chicken sauce or mayo style sauce they call it now I guess. I asked the young man to hook it up. He put over 15 in my daughter's happy meal. I was so excited and felt as if they redeemed themselves.Good job mayo dude.Parking: Very spacious parking lot.“
