“I want to give props to Heather the manager. I did have a pizza mix up with my pizza order today. The problem didn’t fully get resolved but she did do the leg work. She looked into it. She fully probably expected to get yelled at by the customer. It was what it was. I know what I had ordered... but anyway, she was very pleasant to me and nice. I just want to say she was very professional about the situation. She will go far. Great customer service. “We walked in, and we were greeted by 3 teenage/young adult guys behind the counter! They were so friendly and the atmosphere was the best I’ve ever experienced in a subway.
