“I want to give props to Heather the manager. I did have a pizza mix up with my pizza order today. The problem didn’t fully get resolved but she did do the leg work. She looked into it. She fully probably expected to get yelled at by the customer. It was what it was. I know what I had ordered... but anyway, she was very pleasant to me and nice. I just want to say she was very professional about the situation. She will go far. Great customer service. “I ordered 2 subs on a mobile order at dinner time. When I arrived it was obvious the two ladies behind the counter were busy. Their attitudes were extremely positive and sincere. They apologized while trying to organize and get everything in order. These girls deserve 5 stars alone. It was incredibly stressful but they handled it professionally and were really trying their best. I was a bit worried the subs wouldn’t be as good if they were rushing but it was the total opposite! They were perfect! Those girls deserve a raise!!”
