“As a everyday coffee lover, I just wanted to commend the staff and most especially the manager who was in charge last Monday afternoon. He is very accommodating and helpful. He did a great job, he assisted me on my orders and what I want on my drinks specifically and he got it right. The staff also is very kind and respectful. The store is very clean and the food is always fresh. I like their morning sandwiches and most especially my everyday ice coffee they always got it right that is why I always buy my foods and drinks in this store. Over all their services was top-notch! “Steinbach's second Tim Horton's! Thanks for being at this location. Many decades of good food & service. Also, this is a prime location being right beside the gas station and Highway 12 South. If only we could get some more restaurants on the south side of Steinbach.

Drive-thru wait times are reasonable, sometimes that line is long, but it does keep moving. There's always room for improvement but that's at most fast food restaurants, it's definitely a juggling act sometimes.

Anyways, keep up the hard work and thanks for that amazing Iced Capp! That said, lets see if we can get plastic straws back in the months and years ahead.“

“Overall is a good place but sometimes you have to wait so long + you could have missed items or wrong items. Taste of the food depends on the shift working at that specific day. I would say this place is good to go but there is some room for improvement“
