I waited 25 minutes in line ordered my coffee the told sorry we are out of Pike. How can you be out of a basic then offered a dark roast if I wanted a dark roast I would have ordered that“

“Everything about this Tim Hortons is awesome! always super fast in the drive through and very friendly. I don't even know how they make everything so fast!
There is nothing wrong about the service or food but WHY is there a massive pothole right in-front of the drive thru entrance? It is always there and almost never filled. My car bottoms out on it every time. it has been like that for years and something needs to be done permanently to actually fix the problem, not just fill it with gravel every 5 months. I don't know if it is the Tim's problem or the Esso's problem, but it needs to be dealt with. The whole town knows about that pothole and I think they're tired of scrapping the bottom of their cars on it.“

“Bambi and Demi have made my last 3 visits amazing. Customer service is great and they remembered me and wanted to ensure everything was correct even when we all knew it was my fault. “This Tim’s location (11 Davis Way) never fails to provide extraordinary service especially to Beth and Myra who ensure that everything is well-prepared. This tims has been part of our organization’s events. There are lots of tims near our location, but we always place our order to this location which is a true testament of how excellent their services are.
We definitely made the right decision in availing their services. Kudos to the team!“
