Carnaval Brazilian BBQ Reviews
How have I lived in Winnipeg for this many years and only now visited this place is beyond me! Truly a one of a kind experience. The service, the meat cuts, the drinks, and of course the waterfront location, everything exceeded expectations. 👏🏽
Bring your appetite! Great variety of meats all you can eat! No stupid buffet lines everything is brought right to your table. Don't forget to get a full accompanyment of sauces you will not disappointed!

Carnaval Brazilian BBQ offers a lively all-you-can-eat experience with friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere. The atmosphere is vibrant, and the staff is great, providing excellent service as they continuously bring a variety of meats to the table. The top sirloin cap remains a standout menu item, and many customers find the meat to be top-notch, especially the Ribeye. The rodizio style allows diners to enjoy different cuts of meat, and once guests are full, they can signal to stop service. However, some reviews mention the lack of variety in the meats and side dishes, which can affect the overall experience. The restaurant features sides like deep-fried cheese balls, garlic mashed potatoes, and a Special Watermelon salad, which many guests enjoy.
While the food is delicious and well-seasoned, some customers have noted that certain meats can be slightly under-seasoned or too salty. The prices are considered high, particularly at $70 for dinner, though lunchtime offers a more reasonable $40 buffet. Despite this, the Brazilian BBQ style invites guests to savor their meal over a few hours, making it ideal for families and special occasions. Visitors should be prepared for a lengthy visit and may face challenges with parking, as they might need to use a nearby paid lot. Overall, Carnaval Brazilian BBQ provides good food and a warm vibe, perfect for those looking to enjoy a hearty meal.
