Excellent pure sourdough bread options with a coop model.
There is no AC at the facility; open kitchen concept and somewhat unorganized but that is what gives it a rustic old school touch. The sad part is that they stopped using the best wheat (Manitoban) in the world due to specific circumstances.
Their scones are great as are their breads and the viennoiseries are never too sweet.
Go out and support them!

Yummy sourdough treats. Bunch of vegan options which is helpful to share foods with friends who cannot have milk. Very friendly and progressive space! 5 cinnamon rolls out of 5!
Of course their sour dough bread is amazing!! But this week I had their snickerdoodle cookie- and it was soooooo good! Love this place! Great food and great people.
