My have things changed. If you pay by card you can only use the kiosk what the hell is that? And they if they ask you if you want crispy say no! That's just because they have extra crispy that's been sitting there for hours upon hours upon hours and it's not very good. I do not like the changes I wish it would go back to the way it was, where you can walk up to the counter place your order and get what you ask for.
The bucket of chicken we bought and took home, was very greasy and tasted as though it sat around for some time.The costs went time, while the quality went down and was less than in previous purchases.

We did a mobile order for a extra crispy 25 piece party pack. Not even 5 minutes later I received a call from them saying they only had 5 pieces of white extra crispy would we mind the rest in dark or original. We prefered to have the regular rotation of chicken in extra crispy so I asked if it was possible for them to cook more. If we didn't mind waiting of course they could, so that's what we did.
