“As a McDonalds, it gets the job done. Service was a bit slow, but I was there during the lunch rush. Some of the chairs near the front counter do seem to be broken, but not broken that you can't sit on it. Atmosphere was alright, and it was just like your typical McDonalds. Not stellar, but not bad.“

“I'm pleasantly surprised. Everything was nice and hot. Same this time around, except I don't like Ketchup, so I ask for mayo, they charge for mayo now. They raise prices every 6 months, shrink their product sizes, and what is next, a cover charge.
Should have just gone to Wendy's or Arby's when it opens.“

This McDonald’s location is always clean, and the staff is constantly busy keeping everything tidy, which I really appreciate. “This Mcdonalds was a nice location. The staff were great and the manager was very friendly and followed up to see how my meal was. Granted, it is winter, But the dining room was just terribly cold. I ate my meal with my jacket on. The washrooms could use working hand dryers and paper towel. The restaurant and washrooms were very clean. Food was good.“

“Note that this McDonalds is in the casino. You cannot access this directly, you have to enter the casino and it is on the right hand side, all the way to the end near washroom. Food is standard and on par with the rest of chain, service is better and staffs are more charming than those outside.“

“I bungled my in-app order & placed it here instead of at my intended store. By the time I biked to this location my sandwiches were old, but the on-duty manager generously offered to re-make them for me, and he was really nice about it, too. I wish I had gotten his name to mention it here, but he knows who he is. 👍“

“I wouldn't usually review a McDonalds but the employees here were so kind. They went out of their way to make sure they were giving good service. I ordered for counter pick up and when she saw me get up when my number was called she came around and met me with the tray. The manager was very nice when I was at the counter to make sure that they didn't add butter to my McMuffin. Great location!“

“I recently visited McDonald’s and went all in with their Spicy Habanero McChicken meal with poutine, along with a 6-piece McNuggets on the side. The visit was a great experience overall, and I left feeling more than satisfied!

The Spicy Habanero McChicken definitely brings the heat! The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a nice kick from the habanero sauce that gave it a bold, fiery flavor. The sauce was creamy yet had a good amount of spice, making each bite more enjoyable. The sandwich is a perfect choice if you’re craving something with a bit of a punch.

“Tried the new arch burger. Asked for it with extra sauce. Omg did they deliver! Trust me when I say it does NOT need the extra sauce haha. My burger was sliding all over the box! Overall the new burger is good. The patties are nice and big so it doesn't feel like you're eating cardboard haha. The fries were fresh, which will bring us back again. “Normally I don't have a problem with this location. Today I ordered from the McDonald's app, and they got my chicken sandwich wrong. I wanted a spicy Mc Crispy, and I got a spicy Mc chicken(?) I got a grilled chicken patty with no breading. Sorry for the gross photo I thought about taking a photo after I ate half- I'm not gonna waste it. I'm not gonna jump through hoops with door Dash either.

“Vidhi boo is the absolute best person and manager I have ever met. She is excellent with her interpersonal skills and a real asset to this store.
She makes a point to remember your name and order and also stories that you share.

“They recently renovated the location, the whole play park has been taken out entirely since COVID hit. The whole new make looks very sophisticated, they have 4 of the computer kiosks which in total is 8 as they are back to back. They also made the order line smaller as they are encouraging people to use the kiosks instead of ordering in person. I had just run in to grab a happy meal for my 4 year old. The meal was fine, it's always the same quality. They have an app you can scan at the kiosks and get points for your orders. I never checked out the washrooms.“

Vegetarian options: Did not have any vegan options. There are more and more vegans today, and a lit of the fast food places do not have choices for us. Fries or hash brown ? and who knows what type of oil they're cooked in.“

“Was asked to make my own burger since they were short staffed. I was surprised at first but I liked the process. It was interesting to work in the kitchen there.

After making my burger with help from the staff I was asked to help out for a bit more since they had a few other orders pending but I couldn’t stay since I had already made plans for the day.

“If we do go , we can't really afford it anymore, but if we do go out wee splurge at McDs on Henderson. This seems to be fairly consistent with their food and so far we have no issues. now, I know, people will say it is no good for you but once in a while, why not? Anyway, enough food shaming , eat there and it is good. I have a half of a fish burger and my husband gets a chicken burger [plus my other half] and we share fries and a coffee and sometimes a muffin to share. The dog gets a piece of hamburger with a small bun -- and a bite of mine. We like it and possibly the only thing we don't like is the way they refigured to place. It was much easier to get in and park than it is now ,but I digress, eating is why we go there. Next summer we will go again so here's hoping it is just as good as before.

This is hands down my favorite McDonald’s in the entire city.
They open from 5 a.m. to midnight, which is much longer than most others.
Many places claim to be open 24 hours, but in reality, their dining area closes around 10 p.m., leaving only the drive-through running.
Here, though, you can actually sit inside and enjoy your meal till late — a rare gem.

The staff are genuinely kind and welcoming, especially the lovely elder ladies on the morning shift.
Their warmth melts me every single time 🫠.

Most of the seats are soft and comfy, which makes it easy to sit back, relax, and enjoy my drink for a couple of hours 🥤.
But what really makes this place special is how they treat homeless guests — with respect and dignity.
They never chase anyone away unless there’s a real problem.
You can truly feel the atmosphere of equality here — everyone is treated like a person.

I wholeheartedly recommend this McDonald’s.
Although… part of me secretly hopes not too many people find out — I’d hate to lose my favorite seat 😅.“

“For the one inside of Club Regent (for clarity as some have gotten them mixed up): If you're after a McDonald's experience where absolutely no children are allowed and the concept of a Happy Meal is foreign, then the one inside Club Regent here will suit you very well. Arguably out of all of the east side locations, this one does coffees the best. The size of the seating area is respectable, and there are a couple of TVs they have in addition to the ones that the casino has looking out towards the poker room elevator by the horse racing machines.A couple of quirks to note about this one, many times they'll ignore or forget your location preference if you specify that your order is for inside at the register or through the McDonald's app and bag it up anyway, though I get why they may think that since many people bring their orders out into the casino area, which I guess also counts as "inside". I had one time where I had selected table service and it took a crazy long time and then went up and found out that they didn't see it was a table service order and were calling it up bagged that whole time, but they made it right and offered complimentary extras for the inconvenience. The other quirk is pertinent to McDonald's app users, in that if you like doing mobile orders, despite this being a 24-hour location on weekends like the rest of the casino save for a few minutes around 4 AM when the breakfast switch happens, you won't be able to do any mobile orders from here on Sundays as the app claims the location's closed, which is a little weird that it doesn't happen on Saturdays. So if there's some sort of offer that's restricted to mobile orders, you'll be hosed unfortunately.Otherwise, it's a great way to kill time in between bingo sessions.“

“The service was alright since it was during the noon rush hour. I got to give props to Hans. He was doing much of the front house job, delivering orders to tables as well as fulfilling some of the back orders that were piling up. I also noticed the lady at the back who was not wearing uniform at the time, making it difficult for her co workers to do their jobs in a timely manner. Overall, my visit was a solid 4.5/5 stars. “Convenient location. Not a great parking lot for the actual McDonalds. But parking is accessible for the rest of the mall that this building is located in. Access in and out of this location can be tricky during rush hour. But there is traffic lights that allow you to gain access to the main through affair“

“I gave this location of five star,, even though some of the clientele in there is maybe not what you may want to deal with on a daily basis,, but it’s because it was clean,, the staff was very friendly,, was very quick,, I also use the app and the McDonald’s app had a special on it that was incredible,, we’re talking a double big Mac ,,a drink and a large fries for seven dollars,, so it’s definitely worth using the app ordering in advance and then just going up to the counter and picking it up,, A nice treat once in a while,, For quick cheap meal if you need it“
