Went through drive thru earlier today and they messed up my order. Came back in the evening with my receipt and told the manager Daniel what happened and he was so kind and helped me out! No need to be a “Karen” y’all, if you are kind, people will be kind back!

I had a fantastic experience at McDonald's thanks to their exceptional female employee at front desk. She was not only efficient but also incredibly friendly and attentive. Her cheerful demeanor made my visit enjoyable, and her dedication to providing excellent customer service was evident. It's employees like her that make McDonald's a great place to grab a meal. Kudos to her for her outstanding service!

Asked for a coffee with two cream. Two sugar, then they gave me two cream two Splenda. When I told the young lady I wanted the coffee remade with two sugar instead of two Splenda, she just poured out the old coffee, and made the new one in the old cup... Why? If I'd been allergic to Splenda, then just pouring out the old coffee out of the cup and refilling it with the new order is not really a good idea, Food safe wise... The food was good, but one of the pay terminals was broken...read full review
