The restaurant itself and entryway needs a good cleaning as it’s about run down and outdated. However; that doesn’t affect the quality and preparation of their food as their soups and sandwiches are delicious!
Sept. 21st, 2023. It was my first time in about 40 years to have a meal at Oscar's. My partner and I had the Lox on Bagel. He is a French chef and was very satisfied with the service and the meal at lunch time today. The waitress is extremely polite, a very positive attitude and is worth all the tips that people give her. If I had a restaurant, I would hire her immediately. We will definitely come back. Merci Beaucoup!
