“this is probably the best Popeyes in Winnipeg in terms of consistency. they have always delivered fresh products and unlike the other locations the actually remake food if it is old.
it is inconveniencing when you have to wait another 10 minutes for food but I'm glad to know that they are making a fresh batch instead of a cold one“
“My husband and I came into the restaurant for a pick up order which I had ordered on the app
I mistakenly ordered from wrong location and they prepared the order for me and cancelled the one from the other location
I am extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service

“Excellent place !!! It was late at night and the restaurant was still open so we decided to stop by. We rarely eat fried chicken but theirs was really good 👏. We were waiting for the chicken and onion rings but it was worth it. Fresh and crunchy, we definitely know where to go next time. We even had a free drink while waiting for the food and when it was ready we received 2 apple pies and the lady said: sorry for the waiting but it wasn't their fault at all and had no obligation to do it. Thank you for that, we really appreciated this gesture. Congratulations to all the staff. You are kind and do a great job.“

“I had a really great experience at Popeyes, especially because of Diksha. She was polite and friendly person with great smile The food I ordered were 6 strips meal was also fresh hot which made the overall experience even better. She handled my order with care. I actually took her name on the receipt because I wanted to remember it and leave a review. I completely forgot to write the review at the time, but when I remembered I definitely wanted to take a moment to appreciate her thank you for making my experience so pleasant. keep up the great work definitely coming back.“
“To be honest- we went via drive thru so can't speak for the atmosphere. It was pretty late at night on our way home from a trip. The food when we received it was good - chicken was very flavorful.
Also ordered a cajun poutine and despite the drive home it wasn't soggy. Lots of gravy too.“

“Had a great experience at Popeyes today. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted really good. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast even though it was busy. A special shoutout to the employee Mel, who helped me—they were friendly, patient, and made sure my order was correct. Overall, really great customer service and I’ll definitely be coming back.“
