We just had the worst experience at The Rec Room ! We reserved our table yesterday, for 7pm today. The host brought us to a table by the bar and sat us down. We waited for 15 minutes before a waitress came to get our drink order, but whatever that didn't bother us. We ordered the BBQ platter which we saw was $75 plus an appetizer and our drinks ... our waitress, just HAD to point out, 'it is $75 just so you know, are you OK with that?' Went for my son's birthday last week. put my name on a wait list for a table, was told it would be 30-40 minutes wait. went an hour later, was told it would be another 30 minutes. Recieved the text a table was ready 2 and a half hours after my name went on the list. we were already somewhere else. I recommend booking days in advance as they are horrible with time management for tables day of.
