Not friendly at all. You're greated with just a "Hi" in drive thru. You aren't given a total either. At the window they rush everything and you get yelled at to be faster by people not in the window. Overall drink/food quality's like any other Tim's, but I would appreciate not having my order thrown in my face at the window and the debit machine ripped out of my hands because I'm not meeting your windows time.
