Tim's use to be so good with great customer service but no offense but over the years it went down hill order something and it seems like more often then not it gets messed up. At least the one on Henderson and mcloud anyway.
I was there yesterday.Dirty all empty tables, floor dirty and bad smelling.Should be closed due to dirt.Habanero grilled chicken was mostly that colored mayo mixed with little bet of chicken but not grilled tasted like a can chicken mixed wit mayo… discussing health hazard.Shame on you the owner!

When I ask for a sleeve, it's because the drinks are hot. Why give the drinks then hand me a bunch of sleeves. Do you realize how difficult it can be to manage a hot drink and a loose sleeve in an automobile. Expecting me as a customer to fumble around with hot drinks in my car trying to put sleeves on is ridiculous, not to mention dangerous.
