Staff are patient with the public. Older customer was taking a long time at the counter.Real happy they opened another register. I didn't hear what the senior was having trouble with (had my earphones on)Coffee was on point, no complaints. The place was clean.
I thought I would just like to bring some of this up to the managers attention. There are mentally ill people sitting in your coffee shop disturbing customers, there should be a 20 minute limit in your coffee shop. The staff when they are hard of hearing become intimidated once you speak a little clearer. And just an FYI, some of your employees are thinking that it’s perfectly fine to serve charcoal black biscuits. Working in the food industry means that you do not serve food...read full review

Only issue I have with this location is inaccurate operating hours. It's never open on weekends despite hours posted on the door saying they should be open.It would be nice if they actually were as I often work weekends and this the closest location that works for my commute to work.Beyond that good staff sometimes a little slow in taking orders but sometimes that's due to being low on staff.
