Just ordered from this Tim’s. Asked for extra sauce almost no sauce yet they charge 0.50 for this! No napkins in the bag and the lady at the window was extremely rude didn’t even say thank you. Tim’s has really gone downhill, as someone who use to work from Tim’s, it seems they really don’t care about customer service these days.
I ordered a habanero bowl but it was not according to standard and even the wrap was not made properly. Highly disappointed with the food quality. And At last, I waana say not worth money.
Orders are always correct, and they give ketchup without having to ask! It’s basically the pinnacle of how a Tim Hortons should be ran.
