Jimmy John's in Hagerstown

“Faster than Fast Food when it isn't busy. Not even joking. They managed to have a wrap done at 3:53pm in like under 30 seconds. Even when I was the only one in the store, That time is insane. Impressive and cheap but was very well made. There is a McDonald's next door. That takes 8 minutes on bad days for orders that are often medicore to average McD's food and Jimmy John's just spat in their face.“

“They have a Drive-thru! That was pretty cool to see, but the novelty of it was really the only "Wow!" The service was okay. The guy (Kyle) wasn't over-the-top, but not as talkative as the JJ I typically go to where they don't have a DT.From the time we ordered to the time we received our food, the guy at first seemed engaging, but then quickly closed the window, which felt borderline rude. However, I know that there are many responsibilities happening behind that window and maybe he got pulled away.The food was great and the overall experience was decent. I guess I was just hoping that with the newness of the building and the novelty of the DT experience that there would be a better experience.“
