Been coming here for years and it's been great today was not good,mostly new people I get that but training should last alot longer unfortunately for me they screwed up my wife's sub she asked for extra pickles and no sauce or mayo not complicated she got sauce and mayo and no pickles sorry you blew it today my sub is my lunch for the next two days ill wait and see what surprise i get
This was not my first time eating at Jimmy John’s but it is the best one. A young man named Ted fixed my sub and it was fresh, tasty and very neatly made. Some subs are just thrown together and they don’t look very appetizing. This one looked delicious.
Ted was also the friendliest team member I have ever interacted with at Jimmy John’s. He was polite, helpful and very friendly. His kind behavior was a highlight of my day.
