It seems like management still hasn’t addressed the issue of employees locking the doors well before the posted closing time. I arrived at 9:00 PM while it was raining, only to find the doors locked. After standing outside in the rain, I was told I needed to go around and use the drive-thru. To add to that, the employee who told me was just sitting at a table on her phone.

Excellent food and staff are very courteous
The burgers were excellent and the fries were cold, but they locked the door at 9 pm - two hours before close. They resisted letting people in the door. My fiance had to knock on the door, and the group before us said that they had not wanted to serve them, either.
