“Olde Town Pub We have always loved The Pub, so since we were getting married down the street, we decided we wanted to have our rehearsal dinner here. The staff gave us the entire outside area on the left. We were catered to, taken care of, and fed with amazing food. The wings are always delicious, the drinks are consistently rotating to try new beers, and the staff is always kind and helpful. You can’t go wrong going here for any reason!“

“Very unique and a must visit location. The views are fantastic! The restaurant has decent docking areas and is uniques as it sits on the Potomac in Maryland waters but is accessible from Virginia. The ABC laws are Maryland so buying liquor on premise is a plus. The tavern Mac is great as well as the fried shrimp and fish and chips. They are all served with fresh cucumber slices which sounds strange but works as it’s a nice, refreshing contrast.“

“The Ironwood is the restaurant/pub attached to the Breton Bay Country Club golf course. I'd call it a pub in the sense that it's more of the family and friend meeting place than a country club restaurant. We've been down there for years as they host the community Christmas tree lighting where Santa visits to throw the switch and visit with all of the neighborhood kids. Food is standard pub fare with some more deli style sandwiches and service is perfect. If the Ironwood comes back as an option when you search restaurants, don't ignore it. You'll love, especially in the warmer months, the chance to eat outside with a view of the golfers wasting all of their good swings on the driving range.“
