Absolutely horrific delivery times to a location that is less than a 10 minute commute away from my residence. In addition, the large pie i ordered was quite very mouth shivering (very fricken cold) along with it looking like my neighbor's big toe.
The crew at Papa John's Whitehall Road are the best! The sauce is spread just about to the edge and the pizza is assembled with care. I had asked it to be cooked "well done" and it was perfect! Ordered it online, tracked the cooking, walked in and they handed it to me. Perfect!

I've been their customer since 2005 and can't complain a bit. Always great service, going over and beyond when it comes to delivery, they even call if it's a delay. At pick-up, if an order is mixed up, I always get a new pizza for free. And ALWAYS ask me if I need plates and napkins.
