“Our first time in the area and it was a beautiful experience. Unfortunately I don't know how spell the wonderful young ladies name who was making our sandwiches but again absolutely wonderful and she did her magic with each sandwich. Was so torn when we finished them. Wish we didn't live 6 hours away.“

“Chick and Ruth's is a memorable experience from another time. It's an old timey diner, with loads of personality. (read: not the white table cloth crowd). In another era, there may have been businessmen in pork pie hats dragging on a butt while reading the newspaper at the counter and sipping on their coffee. The decor screams it! We literally stumbled into the place while looking for. a good meal while touring Annapolis. What a find! Collosal crab cakes and mountainous milkshakes rule the day. Friendly and hard working wait staff slinging the hash! Will absolutely return.“

“Been coming to this location for a couple months now, and have felt compelled to write a review after what I witnessed during a lunch rush today.

The staff here has been consistently kind and polite, despite the heavy lunch rushes and floods of online orders, the store as well, stays clean and well kept.

Today I walked in during a rush, was greeted with the same politeness as always, and was given my sandwich in a timely manner, with it looking and tasting as good as it usually does. Might I add I watched the employees very tactfully deal with some customers who were being quite rude, whilst still dealing with the large amount of orders.

This location has yet to disappoint me, and the employees here deserve kudos for their patience and service. (Pictured below is the banger sandwich I ordered)“

“The only place the whole family agrees on. We always sit in and eat. The Staff has been extremely polite everytime for three years so far. The food is always made as requested and tastes good. The dining area, bathrooms are all very well maintained it appears.“

“I was in the mall and hungry for a cheesesteak sub and there was Charley’s. Ordered a small size and a Coke Zero!! Yeah they have Coke Zero the best diet soda around. Ok the cheesesteak was Fantastic. The bread tastes homemade, there was a ton of provolone melted to perfection, the steak was tender and I was in heaven. I devoured it and am craving another!! “I eat here almost every Sunday!! I have eaten at a ton of Subway's but there is something about this location. The staff are fantastic, the location is very clean, they always have ample seating. I have never been there when they had run out of an item, which just shows it is a well managed location!“

“A lot of reviews talk about how the staff was rude to them, but I've personally never had a problem. The staff always moves fast and makes the sandwiches well in my experience. It's only busy around noon, and even when it's busy I never have to wait more than five minutes for my food. My only complaint is that I always have issues with my credit card here. I never have issues anywhere else. The machine just refuses to accept my card, swiping and sliding. Other than that, it's a nice Subway.“
