“Chick and Ruth's is a memorable experience from another time. It's an old timey diner, with loads of personality. (read: not the white table cloth crowd). In another era, there may have been businessmen in pork pie hats dragging on a butt while reading the newspaper at the counter and sipping on their coffee. The decor screams it! We literally stumbled into the place while looking for. a good meal while touring Annapolis. What a find! Collosal crab cakes and mountainous milkshakes rule the day. Friendly and hard working wait staff slinging the hash! Will absolutely return.“

“Tried for 1st time quick takeout. Ordered pickup via GrubHub. Nut & Honey wrap on whole wheat (avocado, tomato, spinach, walnuts, carrots, cream cheese, spicy honey mustard). I can't do lots of spice but the honey mustard was just right Took a chance on that bc I strive to eat vegetarian. So good! All ingredients tasted super fresh-- would definitely order again! Chocolate chip cookie pretty good (I like more cake-like and less crumbly). Order was ready sooner than expected, friendly staff. Will be back!“
“I was very impressed with the concept of this place. The design of it reminded me of an indoor Biergarten. I walked in to try a beer and ended up finding out it was a sandwich place that serves beer as well, which made it an impressing concept to me. My family was greeted by the cashier, who seemed knowledgeable and had great customer service. She made us aware of the meal options. One is called "make it hoppy" which means to add the beer and side to the sandwich, which is what I opted for. I had the crab cake sandwich. It tasted exactly like a sandwich I enjoy at one of my favorite spots in Ocean City. It was tasty. The host recommended I try the sweet potato chips with a honey seasoning on it so I chose that as my side and had the strawberry cider as my beer. The texture of the chip was like a softer kettle. It was different and I liked that about it. Overall, I had a good first time experience at Region-Ale.“
