“I’ve been to many Subways over the years as it’s my favorite sandwich place. This location was the cleanest Subway I have been into with the most friendly 2 employees working. All the meats, cheeses, veggies were nice and perfectly cleaned (this could have been because it was still early, 11:45, or because they take pride in their ingredients and image. Either way, the neatness was so refreshing! The 2 employees (man and woman) were so nice to my kids and even gave my kids a piece of candy each just because. As frequently as we come to Subways all over, I wish we lived closer to this one so we could be a frequent customer to them. Thanks for the great customer service!!!“
“After two just ok experiences, today was amazing! Not only was the food, delicious and warm and toasty, but I was greeted promptly, and all of my questions were answered. They even have a gigantic card on the counter for guests to sign for first responders. I'll be back! Thank you so much.“
“It's standard sandwiches but on great rolls. That makes all the difference when it comes to sandwiches. The meat, cheese, and condiments can all be the same as other restaurants, but without the bread, they aren't as good as Jimmy Johns. People are nice, and the service is quick. It's always fun to read the signs on the walls, and the restrooms are amusing. This Deli has good parking and a drive-thru. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a little challenging, especially if you want to make a left at the next light. In my opinion, it's well worth thus minor inconvenience“
“Every time I've gone there, the staff is extremely friendly and try hard to be quick and efficient. I honestly hate yelp, it's a place where a lot of angry people go to vent. Let's be real. Subway is a chain, fast food restaurant. If you don't like subs, don't go. If you want a sub meal for a good price, definitely go. Employees dont get paid to fix your foul personality. They get paid to make you a sub. And they do a great job of that.“
“I just happened to pass the sign for this place 2 yrs ago on my way to work. It had been a while since I had a good hotdog, like I used to have from Nathan’s in Coney Island when I lived in Bklyn, NY(no relation to MD). I had no idea that when I passed this place during the early mornings, that there was a line that formed around the packed parking lot at lunch time rush. Thst is always a great sign that the food is delicious! The choices of 2 & 3 Hotdogs on a bun had my mind and stomach wanting to try it for myself. My wife and I tried it out and were amazed at how quickly the line moved, everyone was excited as we were to get our orders, and everyone working there was super nice. You could see the regulars, and the newbie’s like us all packed in a long line. The line miced quickly, and the wait was well worth it. Here I am, 2 yrs later, still stopping by, and trying something different every time. They have burgers, fries, cheesesteaks, ice cream shakes, and sundaes. You will not be dissappointed.Parking: Right out front surrounding the location.“
“Got chicken salad & Italian cold cut. Both sandwiches were amazing!! Both sandwich & sub breads were super fresh and soft which took great taste of them to next level. Will be stopping here more frequently for lunch. Customer service was excellent too. If you’re looking for nostalgic deli vibe, come here! Order the chicken salad too!“
“By far the best cheesesteak sub I’ve had. I legit craved it for like a week lol. ? my husband called in the order and I just picked it up. Upon pick up i had one lady and a gentleman help me. Super friendly seemed like a family worked there together. They have a small eating area which is nice. We got the spaghetti 2 cheese steaks and some chicken tenders and fries with gravy. Everything was perfect and tasted amazing. I recommend this place to everyone.“
“I was very impressed with the concept of this place. The design of it reminded me of an indoor Biergarten. I walked in to try a beer and ended up finding out it was a sandwich place that serves beer as well, which made it an impressing concept to me. My family was greeted by the cashier, who seemed knowledgeable and had great customer service. She made us aware of the meal options. One is called "make it hoppy" which means to add the beer and side to the sandwich, which is what I opted for. I had the crab cake sandwich. It tasted exactly like a sandwich I enjoy at one of my favorite spots in Ocean City. It was tasty. The host recommended I try the sweet potato chips with a honey seasoning on it so I chose that as my side and had the strawberry cider as my beer. The texture of the chip was like a softer kettle. It was different and I liked that about it. Overall, I had a good first time experience at Region-Ale.“
“What a hidden gem and treat...probably one of the best Italian Cold Cut subs around this area. Ordered with "everything" including hots and I was pleasantly surprised at quality of meats. Homemade and fresh shrimp salad sandwich was also very good but I said to hold the Old Bay, that was my mistake so added Old Bay while eating 2nd half of sandwich. Will be back as service was friendly and excellent and sandwiches were made to order. Reasonably priced and parking in front of storefront.“
“The team that is here today 02/21/24 is incredible. The quarterback on the slicer has great report with customers and passes off to his wide receivers and linemen with efficiency. They work so well as a team that they deserve recognition from corporate! The guy on the grill is cranking out the work. The guy in the register greeted every customer with a smile and a welcome. I have been coming here since it opened and have never been disappointed. The way they work together is magical.“
