“Been here a few times and I love it..the food is great.. I see reviews about poor customer service which I have not experienced at all. Try it for yourselves.. I get the cheesesteak sub which comes with a pickle and chips and their chocolate chip cookies are awesome!“

“This was my first time to Jersey Mike’s. I have to admit, when I sat down to eat my food I was a bit concerned. I’m not a complaining Karen, but nearly all corporate/franchises are suffering from low morale resulting in poor customer service, low quality food. This nearly alarmed me: Every person behind the counter was kind, confident in what they were doing, knew their role, and hustled. Smiled. Asked customers if they could open the door them as they exited. For example- the young white brunette was absolutely on top of slicing and taking note of her coworkers finding ways to support them. Every little thing done with care. Young bearded black guy was incredible, would clean up his immediate prep station as soon as he could. I saw them work respectfully with an older customer who needed a little extra help. I can only imagine that these folks are well compensated, or should be, because they take pride in their product. I see why people like this location. I attached a photo of my sandwich as soon as I could, might’ve been too late (see photo).

“I’ve been to many Subways over the years as it’s my favorite sandwich place. This location was the cleanest Subway I have been into with the most friendly 2 employees working. All the meats, cheeses, veggies were nice and perfectly cleaned (this could have been because it was still early, 11:45, or because they take pride in their ingredients and image. Either way, the neatness was so refreshing! The 2 employees (man and woman) were so nice to my kids and even gave my kids a piece of candy each just because. As frequently as we come to Subways all over, I wish we lived closer to this one so we could be a frequent customer to them. Thanks for the great customer service!!!“
