“I think this is like most five guys. And I would usually give five guys 5 stars, but this one was smaller than most and it felt a little clostrophobic. That's why I gave it a 4. The food is amazing.

Also, if you've never been I would suggest getting the little burger, all it is, is you get 1 burger paddy rather than 2. It's a lot cheaper and I personally like the taste of one paddy over 2“

“This is probably one of the biggest Five Guy restaurants I have ever been to and I've been to a lot lol. Anyway I only gave them a 4 star because they forgot my onions. Person at the register got my order wrong so she had to re do it and just forgot to add the onions back. The restaurant was very clean and they seemed to be cleaning while we were eating so maintaining it clean is one of their priorities which is good. Staff was friendly. It wasn't super busy around tbe time we went. Peanut are available at this location. Recommend this restaurant location.“

“Got dinner here for the first time tonight omg was it delicious!! I got the sandwich combo and an Oreo milkshake. My partner got the chicken and waffles. My chicken was so juicy and well seasoned, the fries yum and the Oreo milkshake was out of this world. We will definitely be coming back and i can’t wait to try new things. I also called and ask about my allergies and they were very helpful as well.“

As a kid, my family would travel from NC to MD for church services held at 3100 North Ave. Well, Mike’s was right there and the aroma of the food would always draw us over there to place an order. ? “I was driving by one day and saw this restaurant and decided to give it a try. Keep in mind I don’t eat red meat so I had the turkey burger patty. Now if you eat turkey burgers you know that everyone can’t make them and Bozo Bistro nailed it. Since then I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve actually ate from here. “This store is like the other five guys. They all seem to have good staff, good food, and free peanuts. Their shakes are very good, and they use real bananas for the banana shake, unlike most of their fast food competitors. I tried it with coffee this time, but it seemed to come with extra sugar, so I probably won't do that again. But I will get a Banana shake again.“

“I recently had the opportunity to visit the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant and wanted to share my thoughts on the overall experience. While the restaurant's updated appearance was impressive, I couldn't help but notice some areas where the customer service could have been improved.

Firstly, I must commend Chick-fil-A for the beautifully remodeled restaurant. The new design is modern, inviting, and creates a pleasant dining atmosphere. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment was remarkable, with well-maintained dining areas and sparkling restrooms.

However, I did notice a decline in the level of customer service since the change in ownership. The staff seemed less attentive and lacked the warmth and friendliness that I have come to associate with Chick-fil-A. It was a shame to see the standards seemingly lowered at this location. I hope that the management takes note of this feedback and works towards restoring the exceptional customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for.

On a positive note, the food quality remained consistently good during my visit. The signature Chick-fil-A sandwiches were flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing the brand's commitment to using quality ingredients. The taste and freshness were as enjoyable as ever, and I was satisfied with my meal.

Furthermore, the restaurant's cleanliness was praiseworthy, except for one minor issue. I noticed the area around and under the trashcan near the front of the restaurant on the outside could use some attention. While this was a small flaw in an otherwise clean environment, it is worth mentioning as it could be easily addressed to maintain the overall cleanliness of the establishment.

In conclusion, the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant offers a visually appealing and clean dining experience. However, the customer service fell short of expectations, and it seems that standards have been lowered since the change in ownership. Nevertheless, the food quality remains consistently good, and with some improvements in customer service, this location has the potential to be exceptional once again.
