“DMV Taqueria food truck is highly recommended! It’s smart to call in your order as they’ve grown in popularity as the word’s gotten out. My neighbor loves their chicken quesadillas. My favorite is the shrimp quesadillas, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with any of the menu items. I understand the churros are a favorite too, though I’ve not personally tried them. The drive home is brutal. The food smells so amazing, I can’t park the car fast enough. 5⭐️“

“We come to Carmens regularly...and there is a reason for that...its fabulous! We love the gelati (ice with custard for those non Jersey types). The line moves fairly quickly and it's not overly expensive for a summer time treat. We typically get smalls and for the 4 of us, its less than $25. There are several locations. The Rockville location can be fairly busy, but the Olney location is generally much quieter, so if you are between the stores, this one may be a better option. Enjoy!“

“I grabbed a quick but tasty lunch here of their salmon teriyaki bento box. Although the vast majority of their business is take-out, they do have six tables arranged for sit down dining. So I was not surprised when the Miso soup arrived in a plastic take-out bowl with a lid with a plastic spoon. Large cubes of tofu and attention to flavor made it tasty. The California roll was served on its own heavy duty paper plate, with at least a tablespoon of pickled ginger and a teaspoon of wasabi. The teriyaki salmon, two large pieces, was served in an open to-go box, along with a sizeable portion of edamame and a house salad with a lovely ginger sauce. The salmon was perfectly cooked with enough teriyaki sauce to ensure some with every bite of salmon without the fish swimming in the sauce. Clearly a place worthy of a return visit or at least to phone ahead for take-out.“

Unusual to find somebody so passionate about their job as a waiter. We had the Alsatian tart To start. It is an amazing little pizza that I would highly recommend. I had the crusted trout which was cooked to perfection and accompanied by vegetables that were fresh and delicious my friend ordered the chicken kebab and was equally pleased. “Went to the olney location for the first time for my dad’s birthday yesterday. This place is awesome. The ribs are some of the best I’ve ever had. Ton of meat and it falls right off the bone. “7 Locks Brewing is a pretty solid brewery with solid beers (including a variety of beer types for those with different tastes), cheap prices, and friendly people. The staff were helpful and provided recommendations. They also have a wall of board games to choose from, a few other bar games like table shuffleboard, and they have TVs showing sports as well.“

“The first thing I will say about this restaurant is that I had previously gone to the bakery next door and didn't even know there was something here. The other businesses in this mall have their signs in large font on the top of the building but this place only has a small sign above the door. I only found out about this place via a friend's recommendation.

As for the food, my favorite was the Ja Jang Myun. I have only had it a few times before but this place definitely was the best. I also liked the seafood pancake a lot. I would definitely order these again and recommend.

The Japchae noodles and Bibimbap were good but I think I have had better ones at other places. But these dishes at other places seemed to be noticeably sweeter so maybe here is healthier, who knows. I think the the prices were still reasonable with the portion for the japchae being especially large. Finally, I wasn't a big fan of the banchan appetizers. The kimchi was below average in my opinion and also not much variety. I did like the 2 radish appetizers though.

Although this place had some standout dishes, I think it was not my favorite Korean restaurant in terms of taste. But the prices for the portion seemed better than others in the area so I think we got good value for the price.“
