I went to Morgan State for a career fair and asked where I could get some 'ghetto fried chicken' near by. They told me to walk around the corner from the business building and you would find sunny's. the environment is exactly what I expected, busy, loud and packed of people waiting to order and pick up. You get what you expect coming into Sunnys: A no-frills enviornment, a glass encasement full of various delicious fried things, and various sides and drink options. I've been coming to Sunny's since I was still in undergrad at Morgan, which is just across the street from the complex Sunny's sits in. Sunny's is a great place to go for chicken box, lake trout, or sweet bean pie. Their menu ranges from cheese steak subs, to salads, and as it's namesake would suggest, fried chicken and lake trout. (My personal favorite fried fish is steak fish) The fish here at Sunny's is excellent. Good and crispy on the outside and moist and flaky on the inside. The chicken is also very good.
