I have never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A until I went to the White Marsh Mall location about 6pm on Fri, Aug. 19, 2022. The energy of the staff was very low, they were slow, they were disorganized. There so many customers just standing around and waiting for orders. A few ppl that ordered after us was served before us, we both only ordered ice cream. It took 10 mins for an ice cream cone and an addl 5 mins for my sisters ice cream in a bowl and they ran out of spoons...read full review
