I have never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A until I went to the White Marsh Mall location about 6pm on Fri, Aug. 19, 2022. The energy of the staff was very low, they were slow, they were disorganized. There so many customers just standing around and waiting for orders. A few ppl that ordered after us was served before us, we both only ordered ice cream. It took 10 mins for an ice cream cone and an addl 5 mins for my sisters ice cream in a bowl and they ran out of spoons...read full review
Words can only describe how I feel about this ratchet Chick-fil-A using Covid as excuses for not providing certain things like toppings inside your milkshake in fact it was supposed to be a peach milkshake and there was only probably like one peach inside of it I asked the girl Behind the counter if she can put it separately since you couldn’t I put It inside my milkshake so I can have the toppings in a separate cup and she was like no we can’t but it was crazy because someone...read full review
